The staff working when we stopped here was AMAZING !!!! Jennifer was very knowledgeable, and kind . Kylie was sweet, and friendly -she gave us great customer service and made sure all of our needs were met with a smile . They made our order and rang us up quickly and efficiently. This has to be the worst Haagen Dazs I’ve ever encountered! After my worst experience I thought I’d leave a review. I left my home to go get a midnight milkshake. They close at 8, I got to Haagen Dazs at approximately 7:30 pm. I asked for a midnight cookies & cream shake, however the employee refused to make any shakes, and told me I can only get ice cream because she was done for the day. If I could give zero stars I would, I will no longer be going to any Haagen Dazs from this point forward.

My experience was wonderful awesome tasting ice cream. I even got to taste the flavour before I decided. The staff was great, patient and helpful.

Poor customer service. They only have one associate working today. The associate decided to take a restroom break after seeing that I was already waiting to place an order. 20 minutes go by and she is still not returned.

I visited this location today around 11:30, the general manager hunter assisted me I visit this location quite often Due to me working at the mall, I have a hard time getting my words out due to the speech impediment I have, he has always been kind and polite to me and very helpful when picking great flavors.

Loved the staff, loved the vibes and everything about it just wish the prices weren’t so high but overall great experience. Prices just need to be lowered then it would get 5 stars !!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service, the Young Man I believe his name was hunter served us, he was very energetic, engaging and overall a pleasant interaction. I look forward to going back soon !

If I could give this place no stars I would. Firstly the time are wrong they don’t open and close the same time as the mall. As a matter of fact the they open later and close earlier, can you say unprofessional!!!! The one time I caught them while they were open ( I work in the mall) they didn’t have any whipped cream or bananas. you make smoothines that should be a priority!! Whoever is running this place is putting a bad taste in my mouth

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the young lady Samayah has no business in the customer service field, she’s rude, pushy trying to rush you along, needs to be fired 💯
