I frequently shop at this store and I have never had a bad experience with the owner. He is very nice and very pleasant, however, I went in July, 8 2021 at 6:35pm and the young lady working there (Thick Black woman with braids) yelled at me and my husband upon arrival “YOU NEED A MASK!” I replied “oh ok, do you have any?” She then replied “Naw I gave them out” all while sitting far behind the counter. I was taken off guard with no greeting, no professionalism and just rude! I respect all businesses and their policies and have no problem putting on a mask but the customer service that me and my husband received today was bad enough for me to warn people about. I will be reaching out to the owner as well! Also, FYI There is no longer a mandatory statewide masking order in effect, this is in line with the latest guidance coming from the CDC!

Ty was wonderful and helpful. Also, prices were very good for this type of establishment. Will shop here again and would recommend!

Ty Jeter is kindest, most helpful shop owner/curator I have ever met. He is warm and friendly and even opened the store late for us a few minutes after we had closed. He will even special order any items you want or need. I recommend this store over any other place in town.

Smaller establishment, BUT...Great customer service! Not a huge selection since its a smaller building, however they still have a pretty good variety to choose from in each section.overall a decent, fair experience..

Always friendly, willing to help answer any questions about products. Need something special...just ask, they will order it for you if available. Shopped here for years.
