-Five stars for security of the location.-Four stars for monthly price; three price increases in as many years resulting in a 60% increase of monthly premium.-Three stars for cleanliness; trash, dirt, rocks, and construction debris litter the facility. Could use a good street sweeper to come in monthly to clean the location, especially at the monthly premiums that are being paid.-Overall, great location and very friendly staff that are always helpful and actually take the time to say Hello.

Do not use this storage facility. I paid one month in advance and few days later I informed the office I was moving out since I no longer needed the storage. I requested a refund and waited my money for 3 weeks. I called the office but they refused to credit the money back to my credit card stating that they were never called, which I did. Stay away from this place. There are better places and more reliable to rent in Waldorf.

Surprisingly I had a great experience using this facility despite all the craziness of moving. They had a larger unit available where every where else didnt. They hold your reservation for a week which was really needed, and Sonyas customer service was just what I needed in my time of stress. I would recommend.

Good folks here, I only had a storage unit for a few months, but it was an easy process. Both moving in and out, as well as having any concerns or questions. Also, I failed to give proper notice and they worked with me, no problem, which was also really nice.and the AC was nice on my stuff during the summer months,too. Will use them again if the need ever arises.

First, the people at Westlake Self Storage are friendly and courteous. Their facilities are clean, especially the A/C/Heated storage units. I have been a customer for over 6 years and never had a problem or complaint. I have periodically checked around and they are competitive with other storage facilities in the Waldorf area.

Facility is easily accessible and provides self-access through the gate with a user created security code. The staff is always helpful and provides prompt courteous customer service. I have had a storage unit there for over 6 years and have never had any issues.

This facility has multiple sized units to fit anyones needs or budget. They even have areas for boats, RVs or most other vehicles.All units have simple access twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. It is pretty easy to manifest the wide aisles between each row of units and you can drive all the way around inside the enclosure to avoid sharp turns.The service great security on premises 24/7.This is an outdoor (Steel shed) type enclosure so dont think of cork, or any food type item being store there unless you have it sealed in a metal container.Great value for the price and convenient location by Westlake Fire Station on Smallwood Drive. Keep your stuff safe. Store it....

I had this storage for three years and I was very pleased with their responsive service and their personal care and help with anything I needed. Maurice was especially respectful and kind and knowledgeable regrding any request or service I needed.

WALDORFS BEST KEPT SECRET........I`ve used Westlake Self Storage for over 11 years. Office management was sketchy before Maurice took over, he and his colleagues are friendly and helpful. Ill admit that I dont like the managing company (Self Storage Plus) since they keep making erroneous charges on my account that I then have call and or visit to get fixed, other than that WESTLAKE SELF STORAGE is the best. The rates are much more affordable than other storage places in the area and the facilities is very well maintained and clean. I feel that my personal belongings are always safe and secure here. I highly recommend WESTLAKE SELF STORAGE.

I have to say one of the best decisions made in 2017 was to rent a storage unit from Westlake Self Storage. January 2017, my family relocated my mother from Florence, SC to Waldorf. At the last minute we reached out to Westlake Self Storage and they accommodated us. The personnel was very professional and courteous (in particular Maurice and Sonya). They were always available and helpful whenever we needed assistance whether the concern was payment-related or assistance regarding the exiting process. I have been with Westlake Storage for almost 20 years. The owners have always taken very good care of the property and the property mangagement is awesome. frendly, willing to help and always a smiling face. Can not say enough about them.

This is my second time renting storage here. The front office folks are nice and professional and the units are clean and safe. I needed to use the free truck to move, which wasnt available for use anymore. They said it was due to covid...however rental car companies are still renting cars during covid!!!! So I was very dissapointed at the owners decision to not make truck available.

Excellent service, start to finish. Sonya and Maurice, whether they were busy or not, provided my wife and I excellent service while we transitioned during our move from a house to an apartment and to a house again. Our stay was short but Sonya made sure to remember our specific situation and to ask us how we were doing. That made all the difference since she was under no expectation to do so. You’re not really expecting much when you go to a storage facility, so their level of professionalism in conjunction with Sonya’s empathy is the reason we will be repeat customers in the future and recommend anyone who needs it to Westlake Self Storage.

Ive been with Westlake Self Storage for 3 years. Great personal touch facility and both staff and management are very helpful at all times. Their rates are the best in the area, in my opinion. So even though I have to drive a little out of my way, their rates are worth it!

This is where you want to store your belongings! It’s a hidden tucked away gem. I used this facility once before because I was working in the area. Months after relocating and closing it I needed storage once again. I tried a few facilities closer to home but ended up deciding to return to Westlake despite it being out of my way. Maurice is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Sonya is super sweet! And this time around I was fortunate enough to meet Stanley who fits in with this dynamic duo (now trio) perfectly! The staff here has always been very courteous and professional and easy to work with. They are very responsive to calls and emails. The rates for the units are very reasonable and I never had any issues. If I need storage again I will definitely use them.

So far I have had no issues with this storage facility. Very clean, awesome customer service and very convenient to where I live.

The many leaves from winter and spring all paling up on the rear brick wall were the boats and trucks are parked. The leaves are blocking the drain . this is causing the water to back up around my tires on my RV . I have talked with the Resident manager with no results. The leaves need to be removed so that the rain water can exit the drain. I cleared an area so that the water can go out, but i know that the first rain again will cause the leaves to block the water and the water will backup under my tires, I hope the water will not cause my tires to dry rot . The tires are very expensive to replace.The Management resolved the manner in a timely fashion, I do appreciate the quick response. I would now rate the parking lot 5 Stars.

I started using Westlake storage over 2 years ago with intent on only using them for 2 months. I ended up using and still using them presently mainly because the price is reasonable. If youve tried storing your stuff and storage areas in the Washington metropolitan area you realize the price is high. So far Ive had it increased once since Ive been using the storage place and I said has reasonable and the price is reasonable and I suggested anyone who needs a place to store old things that they have sitting around the house to use Westlake storage
