I used to love this store but they have gone downhill big time! And their prices are ridiculous! I can get the same thing at hobby lobby for almost half the price! SMH

Michaels carries a great variety of things. Sometimes that makes that a little more difficult to shop going from one store to the other to find what you need. And of course during these times everybody is understand so it is hard to find somebody to figure out where it is your you will find what you are looking for. But always a great store.

Quite a wide selection. Any time we need craft stuff, theyve usually got it. I prefer going here over Hobby Lobby any day.

Brought my own frames and photos looking for help bc I saw online that the custom framing service is cheaper if you bring your own materials. I asked a girl with two red braids (I didn’t see her name tag) for help and she rudely told me I have to pay for their services as if I was asking for her to do it for free. I was unfamiliar with the framing services so I only knew what I learned from reviews online. She told me that they do not cut photos and the frames - which are 1/2” in thickness - were too thin to add matting without even looking at them. She was so rude to me I needed up crying in my car after I left.

My first time visiting this store, and my experience wasnt the best. I was greeted by the female cashier (Locke) as I walked in. There was also another female associate (caucasian, long brown hair, older lady) who initially just somewhat stood in my way as I was walking in but proceeded to ask whether I needed assistance to which I said I did. I was only there to get a cutting mat for my silhouette cameo. As the second associate was assisting me, it was just awkward at how she kept staring at me but didnt say whatever was on her mind. She lead me to where I needed and then went back to working. I found what I was looking for and in the process was asked by a male associate if I needed any assistance to which I thanked him and respectfully declined. I proceeded to the checkout lane, where I was assisted by the female associate who initially greeted me as I walked in. Her name tag read Locke, and as she scanned my items, I put my number in the card reader. She proceeded to tell me I had rewards and an account to which I said it wasnt my account, as I had a new number, and the account probably belonged to whoever had my phone number prior to me obtaining it. Locke didnt really care and kind of showed that by disregarding what I said in a somewhat rude manner. She proceeded to update the account (with my approval) with my email and phone number. As I was paying for my items, I noticed she threw my bagged items onto the counter in front of me. However, she then proceeded to tell me to have a good day.A super awkward and somewhat unpleasant experience to where Id prefer to not have to interact with either ladies in the future.

Always a good place to find those hard to find items. Especially when you need to get a project done.

Lots of selection, decent prices. Crafting items for all likes of tasks. Hobby Lobby seems to have a bit more of a selection, but they arent open on Sunday.

Huge store, lots of product. Well organized. Prices comparable was there on a Thursday so shopping was very easy, no long line at register.

I am always able to find what Im looking for and they have good sales frequently

I usually shop at the other big craft retailer (the orange one), but stopped in here because the other place is closed on Sundays. I cant speak to their other craft sections, but their jewelery-making section is very over-priced, so I will be sticking to the other place from now on.

There has been times when I notice the line is long and I kinda dread having to wait in it. HOWEVER, this location is VERY quick with lines at the checkout. The store is clean and I can always find what they need.Some of my favorite things about Michaels are: the DEALS, the clearance section, and their cute small toy section. They have those grow in water sponge toys which I couldnt find at other places. They also have foam/squishy stress balls.My ONLY problem would be the fact that I tried to buy one of those cart on wheels and it was a non-coupon item. I was okay with that but I never saw anywhere in the store or the coupon that said I couldnt use a coupon on it. I think that should be more clear so the cashier doenst have to tell me. She was nice about it though.

Michaels always has whatever I need for crafting. I visit here regularly on Alpine. There selection of Fall, Halloween, and Christmas decorations are extensive and diverse. Aways,a great selection. There team members,are friendly and helpful.

My wife found a widget she wanted, called the store and the associate on the phone honed in on a widget she felt would do exactly what my wife wanted. The associate was helpful and held the widget for 24 hours under my name so I won the prize of picking up the item. When I arrived the widget was set aside right up front, but it did not have a tag on it so the cashier radioed a friend, and they read the sku right over the radio to her for a quick and easy widget purchase. My wife loved the widget and was happy that she received it faster than 2 day shipping on Amazon Prime. Great job Michael

Very clean and they always have wipes and sanitizer at the entrance to clean your hands and your cart/ basket. I always end up have the nicest and sweetest cashiers!!! Love everything They have in stores!!! Id buy the whole store if I could!!! They always have the materials I need on stock as well!!

I shop this store often. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Aaron Brothers Framing department is fantastic to work with, the department manager, Chad is so patient and able to think outside the box to come up with creative alternatives to fit a any budget. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I would highly recommend them for all your framing needs.

Chad was absolutely fabulous. He spent so much time with us to get the right combinations of color, style and and price. We worked together to get the best picture that sparks our existing art with the new art!I will share his talents and expertise with every one!Thank you!

Took the product card to the cashier to purchase a $350 item they have to retrieve. Without knowing it, I received an open-box item. Upon discovering their error I returned to the store and they exchanged it. No apology. No explanation. (Another location claims this item cannot be returned to the store and couldnt exchange it for me.) No reassurance it wouldnt happen again. Nothing for my time, gas, or inconvenience. Horrible service.

Nicely stocked and if you go on the right week you can usually get what you need on sale so check the weekly ad before you go

We really like the Michaels stores. That have a large variety of seasonal items and other home decor. The prices are reasonable and whats nice for us is they give a senior discount. They also give a lot of coupons. The reason for not giving it five stars is because sometimes it is hard to find the item you are looking for. But I would definately recommend shopping here.

Wow what a score!! Michaels has great sales on items I use a lot. I had a Michaels rewards coupon for 60% off one item and a 25% off my entire order Including sale items .. whew, I SAVED $191.00+ I stocked up. Micheals almost always has what Im looking for. This store is well laid out, well lit, and very clean! Kudos. Beads, All strands of beads were $3 even the $10 ones...what a savings. I make wind chimes out of fused glass and beads with crystals. My profit margin went up on this batch. Thats good because the cost of glass went up and now I dont have to raise my price as much. Its good business to shop at Michaels

Has amazing selection

This Michaels is a very big store and has a lot more to offer than other Michaels I have been too! It is spacious and not all crammed together and the staff are very helpful. When we were there last night the lady working in the fabric section was very rude and we ended up not getting out fabric there, but other than her all of the staff were fantastic!

They allow pet dogs! Always a great place for craft needs, and I can take my best friend with me.There is a manager there, Simone, who looked out for my dog and kept her from walking through some spilled pins around a corner that I hadnt noticed right away. She made sure my pup was safe and I appreciate it immensely.

Normally I love shopping here. Its my go to store for craft items. But now their coupon structure has changed and its all due to inaccurate wording. The store itself is fine, but they need to word the coupon verbiage better because it is causing a lot of issues with ease of usage.

Had an amazing visit to Michaels! I was able to purchase all of my supplies at the lowest prices of the season PLUS received an extra $20 off my $50 purchase! Gilden shirts, even the sizes up to 3XL were on sale for $2, then with the extra $20 off $50 ( extra 40% off) these 5.99 shirts were $1.20! Check out was a breeze making for a very nice visit!

A lot of the items I wanted werent in stock. Hardly any workers were on the floor it and it was hard to find assistance. Cashier refused to find a coupon for me despite my phone being practically dead. So I had to waste her time and the 3 people behind me by going through my emails. The location on 28th is always helpful.
