This place is literally the best!! This morning my card wasn’t working and they were so considerate and so willing to help!! There customer service is incredible! I’ve never had someone so willing to help me with something like that!! It was a true act of kindness!!

This store is THE best one around. I travel 15 minutes out of my way just to come here. Keeping in mind it is pandemic time and all stores are suffering from low employment rates, so you should expect longer wait times and some items being unavailable. Gabe is one of the most fantastic baristas I have seen. He is courteous, welcoming and always makes consistant drinks, unlike some of the other stores that you may get a frozen made with too much ice, or not enough tonic, or bitter shots. Give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

I believe management is really insufficient at this location. I stop in regularly before and they always have some issue with their bagel machine. Either it doesnt work or they are out of something. This week it has been an issue with the eggs. Today they where still frozen at 1pm in the afternoon. The coffee is great.

This Bigby is the absolute worst!!!! They are always slow, sometimes rude and always talking to each other rather than do their jobs. I have complained before and nothing has helped. I say travel a little further to a different Bigby....its worth it!

Coffee is perfect but if theres four or five cars in the Drive-Thru like the last time I went it took almost 30 minutes to get my coffee.

This is one of the only biggbys that I have been to that take forever to order or get your order. I’m not sure if this location is always short staffed but waiting 20 mins in the drive thru with one car ahead of me is a bit ridiculous.

These old reviews don’t mean much. The service in the morning has greatly improved and I only see it getting better. It might be new management or new workers making it better so give it a second chance!

I have been to this Bigby many times and the wait time is always extremely long (even when no one is in line), my order is made wrong at least 50% of the time, and twice now they have served me a black, charred sandwich. Horrible service and quality!!

May not be related, but the only thing I ate was a muffin and caramel late and got food poisoning .

I don’t appreciate that when I order a red Bull freeze, if the person before me orders the same thing they mix two drinks in one blender. The customer before me gets a creamy freeze and I get the backwash that tastes horrible.

Don’t bother ordering a drink iced. It will always be given to you hot.

The drive thru line was long and slow. And I caught them messing up my order. Im never going to Biggby again

Extremely disappointed with this location, workers were extremely rude, missed part of our order and then had frozen eggs on both of our bagels. When we brought them back we were told we couldn’t speak to a manager and that there was nothing they could do. 10/10 will not be returning.

The new freezie drinks are THE BEST! The RedBull Mocksville is a summer delight with energy like coffee! I appreciate this as I am not a coffee or tea person, but need the boost! I have tried 3/5 flavors with the Strawberry being my favorite. This locations service was not at all as good as the service I received in Standale! But craving the new cold, icy flavorful energy drink will keep me coming back!

Sadly the owner (Josh) of this Biggby coffee is incompetent and likes to waste customers valueable time. The employees are not allowed to turn off the neon Open sign. It stays on 24 hours a day. Frustrating !Gotta love

Extremely slow drive thru - at one point I thought the speaker was broken because no one said anything for so long. Then when I got to window they asked me if I wanted to add a tip on my card and I said no and they were rude the rest of the time until I left. I used to work at biggby not too long ago and I know you dont rely on tips to get paid like waitresses so the fact that they felt entitled to one its ridiculous. Sad part is I usually do tip but the service was so bad I didnt - guess that was the right decision.

Give great suggestions if you arent very savvy on your java lingo. Expensive but a delicious treat once in a while. Wish PSLs were year-round.

We love Biggby. We go at least 3-4 times a week. This location weve tried and give it the benefit of the doubt more than a handful of times. However we keep getting BAD service and BAD coffee/food. Weve been told theyre out of eggs, bagels, iced coffee; more than once and all before 2pm. Today we ordered two 24oz mocha iced coffees with 2 shots of espresso in each. Got to the window and recieved one coffee that was so overfilled it made a mess when handed to me. And they forgot about the other coffee. So I ended up with 3 drinks (1 24oz and 2 20oz) that are over creamed and no extra shots in any. So sad because this is great place location wise, but such bad experiences everytime.

Excessively slow in the morning, also wish they would update their drive thru board to show their seasonal options. If you aren’t a regular you don’t know what’s available other than the standard year round menu. Coffee is pretty decent.

Good beverages, but theyre always in too much of a hurry to take my order properly. They have messed it up the last 4 times. When youre counting on something to get you through your day, you should be able to count on it being right.

Slow as a snail waited in line for 30 minutes.

I usually go to this Biggby once or twice a week on my way to work. The staff are very friendly, but on several occasions they had no idea what kind of drink I was trying to order (a nutty mocha hazelnut, which is advertised on the app), despite it being one that Ive ordered many times, from many Biggbys, including this one. I normally end up having to settle for a mocha hazelnut, cuz Im short on time.They also arent too great with the build your own bragel. Ive tried to order a ham, egg and cheese bragel on 10+ occasions, and only once have I actually gotten it with egg.All in all, despite those short comings, Biggbys is always a great experience for me. Good coffee, and good food

Drive thru is WAYY to slow, you sit in line for 10 to 15 minutes. They need more people or the person at the cashier window needs to be helping. They also NEVER give you your coffee with a sleeve unless its requested.

Biggby Coffee has a policy: a free coffee for Veterans, Police and Fire. Except for...this location. Use to. But this past Memorial Day Weekend my family stopped in. Waited in a large caravan of coffee drinkers and was told when got to the window that this location - the Standale location - no longer honors Veterans. What??? We went here because of that policy. The wife would always order something too. Now they have lost our business. I have written Corporate concerning this issue. Either ALL locations should honor Veterans or NONE of them should.

Who doesnt love a good coffee every now and then?! The service was quite slow, but they were super friendly so that made up for the wait!

Most days they are slammed yet seem to keep the line moving.

After visiting many local coffee shops in my area, I realized how crazy expensive Biggby is and for a lesser quality. Their coffees are way too sweet for me as well. There is only one drink I will get there anymore and only if someone happens to give me a gift card. I highly recommend this drink - cinnamon spice tea latte made with soy milk and a shot of espresso. I had a gift card so I got this grande drink yesterday - cost me seven dollars!! Buy local!!

Love their drinks but I just don’t understand how a coffee shop is so slow. I shouldn’t be in the line for 13 min with only 1 car ahead of me at 8:30a. They need to work on their efficiency as 9 of 10 times they’re very slow.

First and likely last time Ill visit here. One coffee (smallest size),1 hot cocoa and 2 donuts was just short of $15. To some thats not a lot to me thats way way way overpriced. I only went because i received a gift card at Christmas. Its coffee not liquid gold. To each their own,Ill spend my hard earned money elsewhere

This is literally the most incompetent Biggby location there is (and, unfortunately, the closest to my home). On numerous occasions I am asked “how” to make my usual drink...I don’t know. If I knew, I would make it myself at home so 1. I could save the $6 and 2. Know it is going to be made right.I also ALWAYS ask for my drink to be made with coconut milk, no whip. This is usually repeated back to me, but I always end up with a ton of whip and usually dairy milk. Usually they will re-make it for me with the correct milk and give me a coupon, but the last time, they just gave me a coupon. It would be nice if I didn’t have to use the coupon at this specific location. The wait is always atrocious, too. I figured the drive thru was just slow because it was busy inside, but any time I have gone inside, I am the only patron. It seems they only have two people working. Perhaps hiring more staff and noting the cups of what is in the drinks would be more beneficial.

Love that they have a drive through. The never have messed up my order. Always friendly.

Pretty chill atmosphere. (Minus the group of girls who just walked & clearly know the ladies working). Staff is friendly though, & apparently it’s BOGO day so that was awesome! It’s clean inside & the music variety isn’t terrible. I just wish they would have turned the fireplace on, it’s cold outside & it would make the small space seem more cozy. Customers can see the fire from the outside too which could drag you in from the cold & make you want to grab a coffee! Little things are important for customers & future customers. It’s February, turn on the fireplace!

Every employee there are the type of employees any owner would want. Polite friendly and welcoming. Service is always on point.

The baristas are great! Always a big smile to greet me with, and never miss a chance to make my day better! Even when theyre busy, theyve never once gotten my order wrong. I go here almost daily and will continue to do so. My only complaint is the man who I think is manager or something. Hes short, rude, and always seems just so unhappy. Ive only seen him maybe twice. But each time, it was an unpleasant experience.

Im not sure what kind of people they have working at this location....EVERY time my order is wrong....I get an iced VANILLA coffee with an extra shot of espresso...... NEVER any vanilla.....If I go back through or go inside you can hear them complaining about how picky I am. ITS MY MONEY THAT JUST PAID FOR A COFFEE THAT I EXPECT TO BE RIGHT..... in my opinion this is one of the most basic coffees you can get. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF FOR YOU below average crew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly slow service at 6:45 in the morning (before any kind rush hour). Waited so long it made me debate leaving the drive through (when no one was even in front of me) because I didnt want to be late.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru (with only one car in front of me - that ordered one drink) only to have them double charge me for my drink. I used a BOGO coupon and they charged me for both drinks. No receipt was given, so I didnt find out until I checked my bank account later on. When I called to ask for my money to be put back on my card, I was offered a free drink instead. I was told they couldnt give me my money back, even if I drove back down there, and theyd have to text a manager and get back to me. The coupon should be right in the drawer still, I dont understand the hold up. Hours later, nothing. Terrible customer service. What would happen if I was there in person when I realized I was double charged??? No one working knows how to give a refund?!?

Fast service. Tastes sweeter than Starbucks drinks. Slightly pricier as well. Caramel Marvel is my favorite drink here.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have got in line or went inside and had to leave because I didn’t have anymore time to wait for my coffee.

Biggby is close to my house, love the cinnamon and hazelnut coffee. My girlfriend loves the 1.99 iced coffee in the summer.

Terrible experience. I sat for over 10 minutes in the drive-through and when I got up to the window my iced coffee I had ordered it came out hot. I told the employee that I had ordered iced coffee and he said that he would fix it for me. He proceeded to take a cup of ice and pour the hot beverage into the ice tea cup melting all the ice and watering down the drain. Not to mention all of the ice melted and the drink was still warm in the plastic cup. Will not return!

They laughed at me beucase i’m new here, and didn’t know you could say small you had to say oz. So they got confused and asked me 16 or 20 and i said “is IT the same price” and i quickly said 16 because obviously it’s not. They quickly turned around and these two workers laughed. This Biggby location has BOGO monday and Tuesday which is awesome and keeps me coming back. Their exceptional service is needed is a few other chains i will refrain from specifying.

I love bigbby coffee! The only matter is that they got my order wrong! My coffee is quite bitter and not what its meant to be like! Its disappointing but I still love bigbby.

Decent Biggby, the reason for the 3 stars is due to that about half the time I go here through the drive thru they hand me my drink with coffee or syrup spilled on the sides. This is a terrible way to start your morning. At the very least please give me a napkin to clean up your mess.

First day of training and honestly they work so well together and there are a lot of regulars that come in. Great atmosphere, great people.

This is THE WORST Biggby location I have ever been to. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Literally every time I have been there, I either get charged too much, they forget to give my card back, or they make the wrong order, and they NEVER make the drinks how theyre supposed to be made. Biggest problems are poorly mixed, very weak flavoring, or big ice chunks in creme freezes. And the staff just seems to be a bunch of poorly trained college kids who dont care. If you want a great Biggby experience, go to the location at Covell and Lake Michigan Dr. I couldnt say enough good things about that location and their staff!

My ultimate favorite coffee shop!

The people who work at this Biggby are rude. And they take forever. 4 cars took over 25 mintoday. I was almost late for work. Ridiculous.And make my drink wrong half the time. I dont order crazy stuff, just a simply latte with 1 flavor in it. My experience has been much more positive at other locations. Too bad this one is on my drive to work.

Love this location, stop there every morning on my way to work. Though my hours just changed and I have to be in to work at 6, found out today you dont open until 6. Any chance to get you to serve at 5:30? Had to go to Tim hortons :( and I hate their coffee. Always get 2 20 oz iced mint mochas and a tuxedo muffin.

Got pricy. Wanted a small (8 to 10 oz) but small is 16oz. Good atmosphere, still beets Starbucks.

Ordered two Large WM(hot), extra shot, and two sandwiches, one no cream cheese... one coffee was fine, one was ice cold, like it had been a previous mess up, both sandwiches were cold, and mine had cream cheese in it. Total? 22.50

The WiFi isnt the best but that seems common across locations. Theres a drive thru here and theres always a place to sit. Nice staff most of the time
