I received excellent service when I ordered a banner for my business. I had already placed my order online and later that day wanted to change it. I called the store and spoke to Amelia, she cancelled it and asked me to email her the design that I wanted. I honestly expected her to say ‘sorry it’s too late, you already put the order in’ but I was pleasantly surprised that she went the extra mile to help me out. She was very professional and super nice about helping me. I will definitely continue to come to Office Depot for all of my business needs and tell my friends and family! Good job!!!

I just spent over 10 min waiting to check out In a not busy store. There were no cashiers, just a sign saying to check out at the print center counter. So I got in that line. If I wanted help picking out the perfect off-white card stock for some invitations the two employees at the print counter would have been great. They were in zero hurry and gave those customers all the time in the world. Since I was stuck in their line watching this all take place and wondering why one of them wasnt working a register, it was very frustrating.

I have never had so many issues getting recycling rewards before! I purchased two black cartridges online from this Office Depot, and then a few weeks later I took in 10 cartridges to recycle. According to my account, the online order doesnt appear so my cartridges are not eligible. Im so frustrated. Ive never had this issue before with Staples, even though they are futher away, I may have to go back to shopping there.

In the store Ive never had a problem over the phone is completely different. I once ordered a signature stamp that to this day, months later, no one has ever called me to pick it up. I had waited over a week before I called to be told they were out of the specific stamp I ordered and would be in soon. Fast forward another week and then I was told the machine was down. Months later no sign of a stamp. PrintIt center is a joke! Called on availability of a chair and my service was less than good. Personally I would give the employee an F. Her response after I gave the description was a curt NOPE. When I asked if any other surrounding stores had the chair the response I received Was I dont have a clue. No offer to check or anything. Sure I could look online but Im already on the phone. She was terrible and so help me if I patronize that Office Max ever again.

Even though the Walker location is under construction, I was still able to find what I needed. I Cant wait to get my new U-shaped desk set-up! Erin was very helpful!! Kudos!

Priced lower than Best Buy. Although the service is not great. Was misinformed regarding the Warranty program.

Upgraded from three stars to five. There store is clean and has nearly always had what Ive needed in-store with no need to wait for the product to be shipped to the store. The staff has even run to the backroom to get a better product at a lower price!

The salesperson I talked too has impressed me so much my next office purchase is coming from this store.

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff in the printing department, which is very large btw, there is also a large self service area offering printing, fax, PC use etc The store is large bright and well signed. The prices for sales and clearance items are good deals !

Bought a printer and got a good price plus a gift card. Unfortunately the printer had been used but when I called the store to notify them, Adam, the manager gave me good choices on how to solve the problem. Very pleased.

Staff was really friend and acknowledged may presence as soon as I entered the building. I made a few black/white copies and had a poster laminated, which was done in less than a few minutes.

Waited at the Copy Counter, where 2 employees were carrying on a conversation. Both looked at me numerous times, but couldnt be bothered to help me. I walked away, and about 5 minutes later, the one was walking up and down the aisles helping other customers, and the other was at the desk helping people. Im impressed that I count for nothing and as soon as I walked away, they got busy and started helping people. Theres merits for making the trek to Office Depot.

Horrible efficiency amongst the print department. I never write reviews but their efficiency was soo bad that I have time to rant about it. With two staff working, and two customers in front of me it took almost 30 minutes to get my prints started. It’s as if they absolutely cannot do more than one print task at once. I needed 500 copies and at 20 minutes after the request was put in, they were still not done. It took another 10 minutes after that until the were finished. The one of two staff who helped was cordial, but also not efficient. Everyone could have been helped waaay quicker long story over!

Had a few copies made and had them laminated. They came out great!

Liz is the best associate youll ever deal with. Shes very professional and thurough. I highly recommend this business for any of your office needs.

None of the employees seem to know much about anything, it took me 20 minutes to mail a fed ex envelope that was pre printed. I watched several other customers get poor service while I was waiting for the employee to figure out how to scan my envelope.

I had wonderful sales clerk help me name Emily find everything I needed.

Was just fine. Lost a star because I used their fax service and it was way over priced AND I later found out some of the pages didnt even go through.

The store was remodeled sense I was last in and it is very nice.

Lack of communication and carelessness shows through their service. They barely got half of my order correct for a print job. Missing copies, incorrect amount of copies, and over 100+ pages of bad prints that nobody noticed.   To top it off, they lost one of my original papers and there was also a copy of a random drivers license in the pile. Asked for a reimbursement for half of the service and did recieve it but overall it was such a waste of time that the reimbursement doesnt even do it justice.

Well my experience was quite nice until....a manager or supervisor decided to reprimand an employee in front of the other associates and customers...and it so heart breaking to me to have witnessed such a thing. I hope that by me reporting what happened that the supervisor gets his just deserves also in an embrassing manner. If I were the person in charge I would have not have made it a public display. It wouldve been at the end of that individuals shift so that he would perform well and taken in to the office to talk about the issue. My goodness managers take into account that just because youve been appointed power doesnt mean to belittle the people you are responsible for. You should be using that power to help them grow and do better. Guess what? You can be replaced too by somone better...just a thought people make mistakes so learn from it and do better. I hope that Alpine supervisor sees this..as a customer im disappointed in you, sir for what you did to that employee in front of me. I hope that associate continues to strive for the stars and I certainly hope he lands a far greater position than where he is now. Id mention the associtaes name but I will not. Dont need him to be battered anymore than he already is. I dont even know the young man but I felt the anguish, embarrassment, and saw the look of defeat on his face. I pray to the good Lord it never happens to him again. Office Max Corp help this store on Alpine ave. in Grand Rapids, Mi your employees need you to stick up for them so you dont lose any of your good people and customers. Im sorry Im so passionate about this. I was a former supervisor too but not for office max. I wouldve never handed it the way that person did . On March 15 2017.
