They had what we were looking for. Service was friendly. Not really that close to downtown Walla Walla or Whitman unfortunately.

The place is so well organized, its clean, displays are easy to view, the customer service was awesome. I had been to 4 other places looking for some kitchen stuff. I went into Bed Bath & Beyond for some new pillows. I was shocked to learn that when the sign says & Beyond, they meant it. I am going back after payday to pick up a few other items that are available and cheaper and of far better quality than down the street.Do your selves a favor. Even if you do not need or want anything for the house/home, treat your self to an Up Town experience, see what they have so you know where to go for that next kitchen or bedroom thing!Rob Sterett

The girl who checked us out on Black Friday was the best. She didnt act like she was burned out and hated the world unlike most associates at stores during the mad rush. She had a smile, greeted us while we were waiting in line, and proceeded to give us a coupon when we didnt have one for our purchase.

Lots of handy and unique household items. You can find very beautiful and useful items that you cant pass up. The stores are just nice to browse through.

The two girls that was behind the counter was very helpful. I was looking for a 1 cup measure cup and they was going to order 1, then one was going to get 1 off the counter. Then she got 1 from the stock room. Both girls were very friendly and polite, I only wish I would have gotten both names. This was about 10:30 this A M Thus. The 14. Thaks to the both of you

I received excellent help from the sales staff. Being a dumb, single male with no knowledge of bedding, they were invaluable to me in my purchases.

Lots of great cooking gadgets,. I didnt have time to see everything they have, I will have to go back.

The associate they helped us was well versed in what was available and assisted my mom with kindness that she appreciated. Think she had a real good experience today and will be back another day for something else.

A surprisingly nice variety of things to choose from in a relatively small space. Good quality items for reasonable prices. Very well organized too, so its easy to find things.

Its like a candy store for me. When l go there l could easily spend $1000 or more so its like get in there get the item you came for and get the dodge out😂. The customer service is really good as well. Yes young college and high school students and surprisingly friendly and knowledgeable.

They have great people working for them, and a lot of options for most every need.
