The product line is incredible the 2020 lineup cant be beat! Amazing options both compound and traditional. A great company to do business with.
The customer service from Martin was amazing. They returned my calls immediately and placed me in direct contact with an expert named Mike. Mike knows his stuff! Thank you for being a top notch bow company
You will not find a better bow out there. The new Martin lineup is not not only smooth and fast, it is above the rest when it comes to the new technology that has been brought to the table. Their customer service is the best in the industry and stands behind the products!! If you have not picked up a Martin you are missing out.
Martin Archery is hot! Silky smooth, quiet and fast bows. Deadly accurate. Quality throughout. Proven hunting and tournament winning bow. Ive been putting up some of my personal best tournament scores with my AXXON 36.
Great trad bows. The finest details in craftsmanship and care shine through when shooting these works of art. Customer support is bar none the best I have ever experience. MARTIN is a cut above the rest.
Martin Archery once again offers more BANG for your buck then any other archery company out there, the ultimate smooth shot working mans bows. But dont let the working mans bow fool you Its the best money can buy at an affordable price point. Customer service is back as well. friendly family oriented company the way Gail Martin intended it to be.
New management and new bows put them back in the game. I was able to shoot the adix bow and it is awesome to say the least. Have one on order cant wait to get it. So far amazing customer service as well.
You all I just got off the phone with one of the management members of Martin Archery . This individual just called to check up on me to see how I was doing and to see if I needed anything .I am not one of there top shooters or work for this company . So with that said, it goes to show that with Martin Archery you truly are family .I wish to thank this individual from the bottom of my heart for reaching out to me and checking up on me .
I bought a Martin Axon 36 sight unseen in 2018. I was reluctant but made the purchase anyway. Best move I’ve made to date. I’ve never shot a bow that could hold like this one does. I’ll be buying Martin from here on out.
The new owners are amazing and a breath of fresh air to Martin archery. The new line of bows are money when shooting. I have the maxx-33. This bow has not let me down. Martin archery is looking like it’s going to be on top once aging!
I have been shooting the MAX32 for about a year now. I can say it is the beat bow I have owned and used. Its fast, quiet, and packs a punch. Using this bow my 3D scored went up and Im consistantly in the 300s now. The service from Martin is unbelieveable. They bend over backwards to help and are willing to do anything. The Martin Family is the best group around.
Awesome people and these bows are a dream to shoot! Martin has bows for everyone! Great quality and service. Pick up a Martin you won’t be sorry!
I just picked up my Martin Maxx 33 and it is awesome. I’m still working on setting it up. No stabilizers at all yet and I thought I’d do some arrow tuning and it’s already a nock buster. On top of that is has virtually no hand shock. It just sits in your hand motionless as the arrow tears down range. Oh and it’s fast. Real fast. Martin is back and better than ever.
2018 Martin MAX 32 best Martin bow Ive shot yet! Love the loyalty they have for there customers.
Martin archery is making a great come back Im happy to be a part if the family.. great group of people also
Martin Archery has been wonderful to work with. Their customer service is superb and their products are top of the line. I got my hands on a ladies bow, the Vixyn and its absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend #MartinArchery!
Martin is producing some of the best bows on the market. Best of all is the help I’ve received from everyone at Martin.
I am a new proud owner of a 2019 Maxx 33 and I am in love with the bow! Super smooth on the pull and release. The bow is set to 72 lbs and has a very solid back wall. Hold weight is 5-7 lbs. I am super stoked and ready to zip an arrow thru a big buck/bear this fall!
Awesome bows, even better people. Love both of my Martins. Axon 36 and Anax 3D.
I had reviewed and drawn on MANY compound bows... I needed something that would last for a long time. I settled on the Martin Inferno 33. Though there were a couple of issues at the dealer who sold me the bow, Martin and those in the front office were very swift to resolve it.This bow draws sooooo smooth!!!The IBO rating was 333 fps and it shot at 328 fps. I have tested all other brands (that claim similar speeds) and I never found one to even break 290fps in the same draw weight and length. That level of honesty, coupled with the price, customer service, quality of craftmanship and engineering is what will make me wear a Martin Archery t-shirt and depend on the confidence this bow gives me from this day forward.Great product!!
Ordered a new bow for my daughter and we had it in hand a little over a week later has been great service for us
Upstanding company and awesome bows! They are making some of the best bows on the market!
Awesome archery BOWS. Great Company to deal with always coming out with new INNOVATIONS.
I’ve been shooting Martin bows for 30 years and they just keep getting better!
Best Bows for Buck! The Jaguar for me is the best of both worlds. Interchangable limbs let me adjust what poundage I am shooting.... The customer service for me has always been awesome. All in all I a fan and looking no where else. I will be giving my Martin Jaguars to my kids and grandkids.
Has anyone experienced Martin archerys new ownerships? I have and the C.S.reminds me of the old days.I bought my 1st compound bow and Ive been in touch with Martin almost daily. They put a sincere effort into pleasing me, to as frustrated I was with a used Martin Cheetah....wouldnt be shocked if they put computers in these ugly things that you have to take in to adjust weight, draw length by buying 7 different modules. Im an older man so I remember recurves, instinctive shooting and tuning your bows yourselfI also remember old school customer service. Service station attendants pumped your gas, washed your windows, checked your oil, battery water, radiator, windshield washer bottle, inspected tires, and smiled and bid each other a good day. Now many customers are demanding and impatient and businesses do not have good relations with customers, many lacking good workmanship. My son talked me into buying a used Martin Cheetah to see if Id like it., well I dont.Thats when I started dealing with Martin on a regular basis. when I discovered Martin was under new ownership The next time you Martin users talk to the people at Martin, Im sure you will be pleasantly surprised.Have a great day!
Martin archery treats you like family.they have a long standing tradtion in the archery community.they are producing some great bows with something to fit everyones style and price range
I love the new bows, They all shoot and aim great
Purchased a Martin bow from them awhile back and the top limb exploded, I returned it for repair and shortly after i got it back the lower limb failed also. Returned it again and that was the last time I seen my bow. Contacted Josh Lewis and he told me my bow had been received for repair and that they had lost it! I couldnt believe it! After 2 weeks of calling them every day Josh RUDLY agreed to replace my bow. They replaced my top of the line bow with a very USED eliminator! The lowest end bow they make! Their customer service is so bad that I finally had to contact Joel Miller one of the owners to help me get another bow.. Im sick and tired of their terrible customer service and faulty bows. I just bought a Mathews Vertix and WOW! I will never buy another Martin bow as long as I live and neither will any of my friends and family! You have lost another life long customer. Im only giving this one star only because I have too. Save yourself a huge headache and buy from another company.
Shooting an ADIX 30LD this year and absolutely love it! Custom Green Sharkskin Riser with black limbs, not only does it look phenomenal it backs up its looks! Very forgiving with a 7.5 inch brace height, longer draw short ATA. Planning on shooting this thing for many years to come! #ishootmartin
Ok here is my review of the 2019 Martin Axxon 36 .#Finish = top notch finish on this bow . Brilliant color no thin spots and great sheen#grip plates = not a big fan of wooden plates so I made my own grip plates for the bow .#strings and cables = great strings and cables, I just prefer to use my sponsers strings#Draw cycle = very smooth one of the best I have seen on a bow#back wall = great solid back wall, wish the limb stop was a different design but works really well as is .#Speed = Very, very fast I would consider this bow a speed bow#Vibration =I am not feeling any vibrations when shooting this bow .#shootability = this bow is very shootable, pretty forgiving for a 6 7/8 brace height# Over all thoughts = this is a great bow . Fast, nice looking and very comfortable to shoot many arrows from at one time .#Dislikes = for the price of this bow I would like to see a fancier grip plate on it, and color matched vibration dampeners standard to the color of the riser .
I have shot Martin since I started archery. Their Customer service is second to none, with a great product.
I returned to hunting in 2011, after a 30+years absence . I bought a Firecat 360, wonderful bow, purchased a Lithium LTD in 2015, love the bow . I just purchased a Firecat with smoke cams and I am excited about my first hunt with my new Firecat . My experience with Martin had been outstanding, and will continue to use their bows .....
I have been a Martin shooter for 30 years my first was a firecat. I have a speed demon that is signed by Ted Nuggets himself. I have 4 other new ones. A lithium, hawk, rytera alian x, and a new firecat. This is a grand total of over 4,000.00 dollars I have spent in 6 years with your company.I need some work done on my sons lithium before a big hunt in October. For a month and a half have been calling left messages with tech then with the answering service the new owners have. You have lost me as a costomer and a addvocite. Never again, just replaced the lithium with a new pse.
UPDATE:Martin Archery reached out to me and made sure to resolve the issue. Apparently there was some email problem but several people got in touch with me and personally made sure to ship my bow. I received it about two weeks ago.Unfortunately, however, the limbs arrived heavily twisted. I went to my local archery store trying to fix it and had to contact Martin’s customer support to get the limbs replaced, where I now run into the same communication issues I had earlier. I spoke to Nancy who was kinda unfriendly on the phone. For over a week now I had to reach out multiple times via phone and email to get a response and information on the warranty process. I’m still waiting to hear how long it all will take and after having waited 3 months already to receive the bow I’m honestly tired of it.On top of that it seems like I’m supposed to pay for return shipping in order for Martin to check the limbs. I dont think customers should be responsible for postage costs for the return of a brand new, faulty item. I understand that production errors happen, but I think a reputable seller should refund the cost of a return if the item is not as described or faulty. With everything I experienced so far, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company at this point. Hopefully things will get better in the future..Also as a note to Martin regarding your website: I received a note with my bow saying I must register the bow for warranty on your website. The provided link leads to an empty page, however. Same is true for a link I received from you via email asking me to review the product (leads to an empty page). Also, Id recommend to have return policy and warranty information displayed on your website.ORIGINAL:I’m posting on here as a last resort to get in contact with someone because all my calls and written attempts were unsuccessful. I NEVER write things like this, but potential new customers NEED to read this, and hopefully this will be a wake-up call for management! My experience with Martin Archery and their Customer Services has been very negative so far. I placed an order in January and was assured a 4-6 week delivery time. It’s been over 9 weeks and my order still hasn’t been shipped.I reached out several times to get updates on my order. All of my emails were completely ignored, and only after calling several times I eventually was called back with a status update. I was told my order would go out last Friday. It is a week later now and neither has my order been shipped, nor my last email asking for the current status been answered. What bothers me is not necessarily the delay (I understand that delays sometimes happen and do believe that Martin is working hard on getting production back on track), but rather the complete lack of communication, transparency, and responsiveness. This is unacceptable and I feel extremely neglected and poorly treated as a paying customer!Management seriously has to improve their interaction and communication with customers (since as of now there essentially is none).Sincerely,A paying customer desperately hoping to receive his bow one day
Bought a bow brand new in the box that was made before the fire, it has an issue. Just told by Martin that they won’t warranty or support any bow built before 2018. Their website warranties all say bumper to bumper on all Martin bows but this is false.
Great made bows
