Poor ethics, they take a deposit and when they fail to deliver the item at the agreed time they refuse to return the deposit. With this policy they can hold your deposit forever.

I bought a 2013 trails west 3 horse trailer this spring. The first time we tried to pull it the brakes wouldnt work. Called and all the repair department said was it was fine when they had it. Took it to a trailer repair which also said it was fine. Worked for awhile and then the next time, all the lights would blink and not work. Had to jiggle the plug in to get it to work. After closer inspection, the plug had been electrical taped and the cord had been taped also. Obviously there is a short and should have been fixed prior to charging me $9000 for it. We had to immediately replace the floor as it had a blown rubber floor that just absorbed urine. I tried emailing, but got no response. Obviously this place does not care about what they sell off their lot. I will never go back there nor will I ever recommend anyone go there.

We traveled 3.5 hours from N. Idaho to get repairs done. Originally told 6 hrs to complete job so planned to stay overnight in Walla Walla in hotel. They had it completed in 3 hrs!! We got to go home w our trailer, how awesome was that.

Went while looking for a part for a trailer electrical connection. Didnt have it. I was impressed with the sales building. Boy, they sure have a large variety of products - ATVs, ATV gear and accessories, trailers for hauling horses, cargo (enclosed and open), dump trailers, lubricants, etc. and lots of trailer parts.

A very friendly group of people who want to give you the best deal on what you are looking for.

Dont consign here! They charged my mom for every time they washed her atv until it totalled just under $300 for the time it was there. They said it was going to be $100 in a written estimate. Plus they were going to take $1000 on a $5k sale. They couldnt sell it so we picked it up and had it sold within 7 days. And made an extra $500 on our own by not paying them commission. People were rude and acted like they were somehow doing us a favor but could not sell it. And cutting her a deal by lowering the wash bill to $250 all while this was going on the woman behind the desk was making snide comments under her breathe even though she wasnt involved in the conversation. Its too bad because had it been a better experience I would have bought my new RZR XP 4 Turbo from them as that was the other reason I came by the shop and even offered to pick up my moms rig in the first place. Im glad the colors came out before I gave them my business.
