Called to get a quote for work done and the gentleman on the phone was rude and hostile like he didn’t have the time of day for me. Won’t ever go here or recommend to anyone

I went in with a window that wouldnt go up and a seat that wouldnt move. They fixed my window, but wanted to replace my entire seat of my Ford F150 with a used seat that may or may not match and found it very questionable. The price to get my window up was $$$$$. This company used to be fair under the name of Chics, but now theyre all certified and the price is out of this world.

Well Ive been dealing with these people for over a month and a half I made an appointment for Thursday and I miss that appointment because I cant get a straight answer of how long is it going to take to fix the brakes and the oil leak so I didnt go then they called me and said to take the car in can I miss my appointment on Thursday I wasnt going to deal with him at all anymore but since they called me I thought well maybe the work on it today choose date so I take the car at 9:30 he said that I should have been there at 8:30 and that they started working on another car okay thats fine I said well can you work on it tomorrow he said probably not till Thursday why would anybody have me park my car there for three days he said they dont even have the parts then why would my car but be just parked there I honestly have never heard of that when somebody takes a car and you make an appointment its because theyre going to get right to it he says that I miss my appointment on Thursday okay you didnt even have the parts that Thursday Im pretty sure hes just lying to me and hes giving me the run-around because Im a chick and he thinks Im stupid and I look stupid they want to make me look like Im stupid but Im not stupid theyve been nothing but this honest they gave me so many different prices and they cant even give me a straight answer when my car is going to be ready they have a book that they go by and they know how long it takes to work on brakes and whatever job theyre doing its not we dont know its been nothing but the run around with these people is it because comprehensive is paying is that why you giving me the runaround has anybody else dealt with three days having your car parked there just in their way I cant seem to get any straight answers from any of them theyre all say different stories they dont even answer me properly they just brush me off I think its because Im going to take and comprehensive paying Im not paying out of pocket so

My repair needs were complicated but they did a good job at a fair price! I would recommend them 👍

Called and they wont even look at my truck because other people worked on it. Its a 93, alot of mechanics have touched it. What a joke!!

Spent 3grand on my car & the following week had a problem I never had & my car isn’t good anymore. Now I’m left with no car & no money...
