I usually dont leave reviews but I just took my car in today and I had the nicest experience! The workers there are very sweet and fixed my issue in no time. My bumper was dangling and they fixed it great! Will definitely go back for any future auto work and will recommend the place to all my friends!

The staff at Northwest Collision really took care of us and fixed our car quickly and for a reasonable price. They were really nice, responsive and great to work with.

We ran into a deer on an eastern Oregon drive. We dropped by in the morning just to make sure our car was roadworthy. An hour later they had made a few adjustments to enable my driver door and hood to open and ensure that everything was safe for the road home. Super friendly and helpful and we really appreciated it

Our car was in a fender bender, the front bumper and grill needed replaced. We got a quote very quickly from Northwest collision and once the insurance claim was sorted out we had Northwest Collision do the work for us. It took them an extra two days to get the work done but the work was very well done, everything was fixed, and they even detailed the car for us. Very impressed! Getting a car fixed after an accident is not fun but Northwest collision makes it as painless as possible.

Great customer service. Had my car fixed due to a major scratch. I took it back due to another minor scratch and they fixed it no problem with no hassle. I got my car back in the allotted time they told me.

I had hit a deer and took it to Northwest Collision for a quote and then repair. It took a week to repair it but they did a fantastic job. Even cleaned the interior of my car and waxed the body. It was such a relief to have them quickly take care of this for me. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if I needed my car to be worked on.

I am from out of state and had an accident. The whole staff went out of their way to expedite the process of getting my car taken care of. It was a total loss but they help me get it done quick and stayed late to do it. I was able to replace my car fast and they went out of their way to help me get my stuff from my old car. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Work is generally good. Wait times are long. A few small repair issues as youd expect with any major repair, but they are always willing to correct.

I had taken my Subaru Legacy into the mountains and bottomed it out a few times. It was making the most horrific sound whenever I was in gear and Id taken it to two shops before. One shop told me it was a driveline problem and wouldnt even look at it.Jeff, at Northwest Collision, went with me immediately for a test drive and got me into the shop with no wait time. Turns out, I had just broken a few bolts off my heat shield and shifted my muffler/exhaust line over a few inches.Easy fix, but Jeff actually took the time to let me know what was wrong!I was very impressed with the staff there and their shop was one of the biggest, cleanest ones Ive seen yet!Thanks for the stellar service!

Great job repairing a new model Honda suv. Took awhile to get it done but you cannot even tell it was ever damaged.
