What a miserable experience!!! Came in to get a flu shot and had an appt for it. Arrived on time only to find a long line that moved at a snails pace. Obviously understaffed. The flies were not understaffed and we were assaulted for our long wait for our shots. The employees were complaining about it as well. Overall it took us almost an hour to get our flu shots.This store is very poorly managed!!!
Theres a lady pharmacist there, foreign gal. Super sweet, nice, and informational.
Tonight I called at 9:40pm when the store closes at 10:00. I needed photos pronto! Rebecca was so wonderful on the phone and told me I could still get them. I was overjoyed. When I went to pick them up Corey was very helpful. I was out of the store with my photos at 9:53! I appreciate all of their help.
Dont bother trying to call the pharmacy. They dont expect calls apparently. They answer then hang up. Been like this for months. Horrible customer service
Im very disappointed, I went to buy allergies pills but they can’t sell it ‘cause they asked me for my driver license and i d provided the copy license they don’t accepting the copy so i will get the medicine until when i get the original, i didn’t know that license copies are not validated. Rude people works at this place and i wasted my time at walgreens pharmacy.
The manager Rebecca was extremely rude during a return. I returned a $9 sleep aid product that was supposed to be mixed in a drink and it was disgusting. I couldnt find the receipts even though I had bought it 2 days prior. She was rude immediately upon arrival. She kept saying if you just bought this yesterday then you should have your receipt. That is the most non customer service thing to say to a customer you are servicing. After repeating that statement over and over very loudly in a crowded store she gave me the money back on a store gift card which I had asked for initially because I knew I didnt have my receipt. Because she was so rude I went home searched for the receipt found it went back to the Walgreens and demanded an apology where she kept repeating Im not rude I dont know what your talking about. Will never go to the only Walgreens in this city again!
Ive been a customer at this Walgreens for the last 10 yrs, and although there used to be several issues, it has drastically improved over the years. The management has been completely revamped and they have taken to hiring employees who actually enjoy their job and care about their customers. In fact Ive gotten some of the best customer service in my life at this Walgreens! They also keep up to date with sales and most of the prices are quite good compared to their competitor Rite Aid. The only issue really is the Western Union machine: I dont know if they still have it, but for a long time it was a huge pain in the you-know-what to use that thing. Its not really Walgreens fault though, the Western Union folks should make more user-friendly machines, haha.
Very disappointed, specifically recommended by express care. Pharmacist unhelpful on medication they did not have. Told me to call and find the medication and then have pharmacy call them. Would send right away to pharmacyHad a pharmacist call them within 15 minutes2 hours ago. Still waiting. Wont use them again
We use the pharmacy after getting frusterated with the long lines at Walmart. Typically, we are in and out within five minutes, sometimes longer. Staff is always friendly and informative. Sometimes the pharmacy does not have the medication we need in stock, typically they have it next day or will call other pharmacies in town to find it for us.
Very pleasant staff, whether at the checkout counter or towards someone with a general question.
I dont even want to leave one star. Ive spent almost 2 hours waiting on medications to treat my pneumonia. The manager almost ran me down the clerks are rude, and it seriously couldnt get any slower. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to Walmart. And still didnt get all my prescriptions because they failed to clarify one when we brought it in and waited until the office was closed. 100% disappointed.
Most of the staff are very passionate and caring BUT I have had trouble with certain pharmacists being rude and overly judgemental. The most recent one goes by the name of Jay. Although my prescription paper said my prescription could be filled today BY MY DOCTOR, he refused. He wouldn’t even agree to fill it on Sunday, which is allowed by law and pharmacies everywhere and refuse to fill until “speaking with my doctor to confirm my “story””.... when I had the prescription paper saying to fill 7/6 AND have never had any issue in the past with this medication or any other for that matter. The pharmacy tech on shift with this particular pharmacist today, Maria, is very caring and understanding. She explained everything perfectly clear to him but he still refused after looking at me and being judgmental a/f as he asked “THIS.. is for you?”.. when this was already established numerous times. It’s too bad a rude, judgmental person such as himself who feels he should have a hand in my medication prescribing or something, is who is in charge of my care until my doctor gets back to her office come MONDAY.. AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE CAPACITY TO CARE FOR AND UNDERSTAND OTHERS are not. This pharmacist did not do his job and is interfering with my quality of life for the whole weekend because he decided to be judgmental and accuse me of lieing... FOR NO REASON.

Rude pharmacy Techs that dont want to do there job and seem fond of telling you that you are wrong. Also claimed they didnt accept Boeing insurance.
