We live quit a ways away but just stopped in to check it out. They had a huge selection of large mens boots and big and tall clothing. My husband wears a size 18 boot and for the first time ever a store had them in stock. They just kept bringing us different styles and let him try them on were not pushy and had amazing customer service. This will be the new place we go for boots.

Good quality stuff throughout. Four stars because a worker stood outside the changing room while my wife tried on clothes and asked too many questions for our liking. We kind of just wanted to try on clothes and if we had any questions we would ask. But if you like people handing you close to Try on even if you don’t like them then that’s good

We traveled quite a distance planning to spend the greater part of the day, in pendleton, milton freewater and walla walla in search of a certain summer hat for sun protection. Planning to go back in the fall for a dressier hat for winter use. We decided to start in walla walla at the new york store and found a summer hat we liked better than what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Then my wife surprised me for fathers day and bought the winter hat I wanted as well as some accessories! John was extremely helpful and customized both hats for a custom fit! All in the first and only store we went to! We highly recommend them!

Best place I know of to get some of the highest quality western wear in the world. If you go, John, will treat you right. Yippee ki yay...

I would rate 5 stars but when they say they will take off $10 per pair of boots... they just raise the prices at least that much. I was charged (with the $10 off) $150 for a $130 pair of boots and my husband was charged $190 for a $190 pair. Same thing happened with 3 other people we sent there. Store is very cluttered. Great selection and helpful, but feel a little cheated... no prices are listed on most of the boots.

This is one of the best stocked boots and shoes stores west of Saint Louis. I am not kidding you. The Owner Proprietor friendly, helped me get the right Boots that fit perfectly. Its been years, over 50, since I have had that kind of service and care in a shoe store! If you shop some where else, you will never know what real customer service is!

Prices are expensive clean store didnt have the shoes that I wanted even if they did I would not pay the price they were asking. Plenty of parking outside the building. Polite employees. Prices are expensive and you thin for a clothing store the prices would be less expensive but nope. Clean environment.

I love the service here. The owner really helps out with helping you choose the boots you want. He has a deep understanding of how to size and get you a really good fitting boot.

I have done business with this gentleman for several years, although it has been awhile since I have been able to go back to WA, I know that if I walked in he would remember the boots I bought, the size, and probably the color. The prices match the service, and I would gladly pay for the level of service that this man offers.

If you like a bit of chaos with your western fashion, then this is your store. The selection of authentic western wear here is pretty staggering. What I loved about this place is that the prices are damn good (Im from Seattle) and the selection is amazing. Lots and lots of tall sizes. Nothing fancy, but this is where Hank Williams would shop if he lived in Walla Walla. Made the drive over from Seattle almost worth it all by itself. Wine and food put it way over the top. Anyway if you love an authentic western store with real people helping you find damn good stuff, this is your place.

The New York Store is the place to go for shoes, boots, and clothes. Need steel toed boots for work? They got em. Bib overalls or work wear? They have those too. Western wear for men and women? There too. Jackets, parkas, and rain gear too. Denim jeans by the truckload. Good deals!

Huge selection in a tiny store! Seems a bit like a huge chaos with all the things on display. John (the owner) was awesome and very helpful and always knew exactly what you were looking for (my wife bought herself a pair of boots there)
