Seriously, I cannot say enough about this dealership in all the people who work there. The story about how they’ve taken care of us could go on for days, so I will just say this... If you’re looking for a vehicle, and want to trust that the dealership will take care of you no matter what happens, I can say with first hand they will. Obviously they can’t pay for everything that happens but I will bend over backwards to make sure that what you buy is absolutely what you expect.

We were there not to buy a vehicle, although the Gladiator does look really interesting, but to pick up the prize that my daughter won. They did a drawing for a Jeep electric bicycle an off-road model and she won it. We drove over this morning to pick it up, the manager and the staff were totally marvelous very happy for her. They clapped when she came in and treated her just like a queen. Seems like an absolutely great group of folks. Next time Im in the market I just may have to chat with them.

I purchased my truck a few months ago. The truck was in excellent shape and extremely low miles for the year. The sale was smooth and easy. Today I was in for my first oil change, and the courtesy shuttle driver Vern was very friendly and dropped us at the golf course while maintenance was being performed. Right on time they were done, my truck was washed, and they’ve earned the five stars.

I’d leave 5 stars except for the fact they put in a new battery when I said we’d do that later. However on all other points their service was great.We had to have our van towed to the Dodge dealership after the radiator blew out early Sunday morning. I went in Monday morning at 9:00 am, and Junior told me they were booked solid for 3 weeks.I decided to still have them do the work because my uncle said they were as good as anyone else in Walla Walla. I’m glad I did. They not only had the van fixed on Friday (5 days). They also had my tailgate fixed for a fraction of a quote I got from an auto shop in Vancouver.

I love this place! I am new to Washington. I actually drove from the tri-cities to go to this dealership for a oil change because of me experience with the Jeep in my area. This is what I normally experience with Chrysler-clean, spacious, busy quiet, amazing staff...this is what you get from the Walla Walla Jeep. You will not have this experience with Tri-Cities Jeep. The service is amazing. Concierge was going to take me back to my room while I waited...they literally finished my car in less than 45 minutes.

When I started looking for a new vehicle, the two salesmen I worked with were fantastic. However, the finance guy I talked to was incredibly rude and condescending to the point that I went to another dealer to buy a vehicle. I would have loved to buy what I test drove, but the awful attitude from the finance department was a huge deterrent.

DON’T BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. If I could give this place 0 I would. The sales manager, Andrew, is rude to employees in front of customers. I bought an older car that the dealership said passed their “inspection”. They mentioned a door handle not working, only because it didn’t work in front of us. Brought the car to my mechanic and they said I need to replace the entire steering rack. I bought the car as is, which I understand but this is a safety issue! If the dealership actually did a proper inspection they would have found this problem. When I called the dealership, the Sales manager Andrew was rude to me. He spoke over me, interrupted me and then hung up on me. I don’t suggest working with this shady dealership, they won’t be honest with you.

We purchased a vehicle in 2019 with Brandi and the experience was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful and whenever we need any servicing done, they’re right on it! However, I don’t know who these new people are working there, or people I never knew of, but I REFERRED my brother to them and they ended up buying a new van from them. Him and his wife told the salesmen that I referred them and when I called in about it, they tried to tell me I was lying and that no one told anyone about me referring them and they also gave me a bunch of information about my brothers financing details! I told them that it was wrong to be giving me their personal information and never mind to the $100 and hung up. They tried calling me back twice and then called my brother to tell him that I was rude to them! They were awesome. I don’t know what went wrong. I won’t be back. **UPDATE 2 months after I left this review** THEN my brother had made arrangements to pay his down payment a week later and they said they will agree IF I removed this review!! How is that not illegal? I erased my review so that my brother could pay it later and afford diapers for his child. What in the world?! Now my review is back and UPDATED. I’ve already reported them to the BBB. They all need to be fired and this place can kiss my butt. I will tell EVERYONE to avoid it!

I thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing process of our new Grand Cherokee High Altitude. I assumed shopping for this specific vehicle would be challenging from Portland Oregon especially with low inventory available with the V8. I had a couple informal inquires about the vehicle and availability mid-week through Amanda who put me in touch with Ricky Campbell on Friday. Ricky sent me a couple forms to complete for my trade and loan application, both forms were simple to fill out and we verbally, over the phone, came to agreement on a fair price for my trade-in vehicle. Mary and I decided Saturday would be a great day for a road trip and coordinated with Ricky and Andrew Nielsen to have the Grand Cherokee ready to go around noon. The GC was prepped and ready for our walk around with Jim Cranston whom also provided an excellent overview of the controls and infotainment. Chris Nielsen had all the financials ready to go, so a quick and painless review of the docs, adding initials here and there, and ~20 signatures later we were on our way. I can’t say enough about how easy the staff at CDJR Walla Walla was to work with. They all exceeded my expectations in their level of attention to detail, their preparation, the vehicle preparation and presentation, their friendliness, and their focus to ensure a quick process to get us on the road back to Portland on my timeline. I found a minor cosmetic issue that I wanted addressed. Before I knew it there were 6 staff members assessing the issue and brought to me an acceptable plan to remedy this issue. I appreciated the fact that my concern was taken seriously and felt while I was their I was treated like their most valued customer. The dealership was clean and appeared very organized, they were pretty busy with customers and buzzing with activity. Still they all took the time to ensure we were extremely satisfied with the level of service we were getting. I feel we were asked countless times if we had other questions along the way. We eventually got them all answered and we were in our way for the 255 mile drive home, which was amazing in this new Jeep! This experience was enjoyable and I feel blessed to have been treated so fairly, and truly felt they were honored to earn us as a customer. We are definitely planning a few wine country trips around our regular services in the future. Oh, and a shout out to Johnny Marsh whom I also spoke to briefly on the phone on Friday. Johnny took the time to say hello to us and to make sure we were being well cared for, this was really appreciated! The sales guy that I got was very nice and helpful. But as far as the finance guy, he was very rude. He didn’t explain anything to me and once I denied their warranty he was just very rude and rushed me to leave. Never again will I ever buy a car from them.

I had a problem with my wheel. They fixed it at no charge because they were the last ones to work on it. It took awhile to get the parts needed, but they had no control over that. Everyone I spoke to were friendly and kept me informed of the progress.
