Just picked up an online order today for my Epson refillable ink printer. The order was ready in an hour and all items accounted for. My Epson et-2650 has printed 15,000 pages so far. 10,000 color and 5,000 ish BW.

Mike and his team gave exceptional, terrific service. I brought in a machine for computer repair, and the highly technical issue was resolved efficiently and exactly as I needed. Mike was genuine, helpful, and, above all, skilled throughout his work. Im very grateful I chose Staples—and this team—for the job.

Staples store on the outskirts of Walla Walla. Easy to reach by car from downtown or Whitman, but not really in walking distance.

All the staff I have seen here seem nice and respectful. I am mainly use Staples for their shipping capabilities. The store is always clean.

Very pricey on products that can sometimes be half the price at other retailers in town. Staff are present but not overly helpful. Great place if you need to make a quick copy, fax or ship a package.

Love their price match policy! Cost of online but conveince of now. Staff is super helpful but not at all pushy. Love this store. ....& i think I have a office supply addiction 😉

Laura kindly helped me buy colored pencils, something that every 65 year old needs (whether she knows it or not). Good selection, good prices, I may go back for a new sharpener! :-)

Has got be the worst customer service ever, i was there before 2 people to do simple return. the lady working asked me to go to a different line while she helped someone else. i go to the next lane and someone walks ahead of me and they get helped before me. so i waited in line and all the other people move pass me and get helped by the 1st person who told me she was busy helping another person that wasnt even in line. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS COMPANY MY BUSINESS. THE QUICKER THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS THE BETTER.

Huge false advertisement, with many of their products, they make it look like that have product on the shelves, then tell you that they don’t and try to sell you products that you never asked for.

Your service sucks. Your not worth the trouble. All I wanted was to find out how many rewards I had so I could buy some printer ink. Could not find out on line and when I called the 800 # I got hung up on . Please pass this on to corp. offices. As I dont live in Walla Walla, WA. Thank you. Ill check out WalMart. I have better luck there.

Has a great selection of supplies. Get all my college stuff here. They have very specific items you cant find in Walla Walla. A little pricey but worth it.

It is easy to find the things you need. The store is well organized.

Terrible. Was told they were too busy to help me over the phone so I would have to come in. Why answer then? I came in just to sit there while the manager waited on hold for ten minutes to no avail. Now doesnt that sound like something I could have stayed home to have taken care of. I wasted two gallons of gas on nothing now.

Has most office supplies items you need available in the store, if not they might have it on line and can order it with free shipping to the store.

Found all the storage options I could handle. They had what I wanted.
