Great place wish they opened before 11 in the summer. Very friendly and not pushy if you need a second to make a choice.

Such great flavors, kind workers doing a great job handling the crowd, and we sure appreciate the generosity of doing a fundraiser for our graduating Seniors!

This location is handy dandy because they have a drive-thru. Not all locations do. Hubby loves their Winter White Chocolate ice cream but unfortunately its only available December through February. Its a white chocolate ice cream with dark chocolate covered cherries swirled about 🍒🍫🍦❤Always good service when we drive through...dont forget to tip your server! And they still have Clown sundaes! 😀

Baskin-Robbins is always wonderful. The people are very kind, and are never rude or disrespectful. They often hand out free food and drinks just to be nice. Next time you want a sweet treat i would highly recommend this place! (and they have a drivethru)

Husband daughter and I stood at counter for 5 minutes and notnone of the three emoyees acknowledged us. One stood behind the counter drinking a milk shake or something. There was no one else in the store

Very great ice cream, polite staff, and great selection. When I was there it was really busy for a Friday night around 8. I was really hoping there wasnt such a long line. When I stopped by I was hoping I wouldnt have to wait so long. I would have thought everyone would have cleared out by 8pm but no. Another thing I didnt like was the table I was at was sticky and dirty, and they dont have enough tables and chairs. It really needs to be expanded upon.

Lots of variety. Pricey but they have budget friendly options and happy hour type deals. Pretty tasty. Good for an occasional visit.

Usually friendly service. Clean inside and outside.3 stars due to taking my 3 year old (who was potty training at the time) and while inside eating our desserts she had to use the bathroom (urgent as doing the potty training she was still in a learning curve) and when I inquired, I was told yes by the young gal, who was then told no by the manager that it was not a public restroom and I could go across the parking lot to the laundry mat if she needed to use the restroom (which was clearly visible as she was holding herself crying that she needed to go potty). It wouldve been KIND to have given her an exception due to the circumstances but instead my 3 year old had an accident in her pants and cried the entire way home.

When is ice cream not wonderful? Then throw in multiple choices of chocolate on a waffle cone... You really cant go wrong here. Very good!!!

Great ice cream and lots of flavors. Each visit, the staff seem distant and that theyd rather be somewhere else. A bit pricey too.

You love icecream; this place is better than DQ 100% and Family friendly. Every time I see people with kids in, every one is Smiling with the kids laughing. Overall; this is such a Wonderful place.

The employees here are just flat out rude 🤷🏽‍♀️ just because you’re a teen/a prep doesn’t mean you get to be rude to every customer

They dont honor the full value of the coupons. And have loopholes to get out of each one. then finally when they agreed they didnt give me any money back. they need to educate their employees about policy.

Great selection. Price is high but that’s because I’m from Oklahoma and it’s all dirt cheep there. Limited seating but that’s no biggie

It was good ice cream but the lady who helped us was a little rude and was impatient about us getting our ice cream, but it was clean good ice cream. There isnt much room to sit either.
