I ordered a windshield and a back window for an old truck being restored. The contractor did a great job on the installation, however, the back window was not the plain clear one I ordered. Instead the installer was given a tinted heated window. When I questioned him about it, his response was that he was surprised that I ordered it since my windows are clear and the truck isnt even wired for heated windows. When I called the company I was told they would refund the extra charge for the tint and heat. I said I wanted the window I ordered installed, and they are not returning my calls or emails now. So here is my advice if you order from these guys, check the windows before they are installed to be sure they sent the correct ones.

Very Professional. Waiting for Installation.

I havent felt the need to leave our review until right now as Im driving to the Urgent Care to get glass particles out of my foot... We had Perfection Glass Called to repair our sliding glass door the call was made May 29th and our landlord sent in a check for the replacement 2nd week of June. Nobody from the company notified us or called until we called to confirm payment and ask why the door hasnt been replaced yet and when would they be available to come out.. Mindy clarified that she didnt know why the door hadnt been ordered yet and said shed call... never got a call.. we gave it some time as its a busy session with sunset and all.. we called the week of the 4th to check status, and still not been ordered because it was busy again around Independence Day, understandable... until she said theyd call us the following Monday after The holiday... no call.. its about mid July and we call again, and finally the door has arrived but nobody is available for another week... as were patiently waiting teyi gentleman finally come to fix our sliding glass door after almost 2 months... they sure fixed the door, but also left ALOT of small glass pieces all over our patio deck & in the screen door which wasnt placed back on either... I swept and did what I could, but remembering back to when they were here they had a vacuum to clean the other glass up with. Why wouldnt they finish... today I tried to move the screen door that had so much glass within the screen that with even being tremendously careful im still making this trip to the damn Urgent Care.... just SMH
