Very nice people who helped us get chemicals for our first hot tub. They walked us through everything we needed to know.

If I could, Id leave 0 stars. We ordered a hot tub cover here 6 months ago and never received it. Up through December we would call to check on our order and, while they always seemed incredibly disorganized, we gave them the benefit of the doubt as they always assured us it would arrive eventually and that the manufacturer was slow. Not once did they ever call to update us or check in. Eventually we gave up and ordered a different cover through Amazon. I will never use or recommend this company ever again.

The people here are always so kind and helpful. No matter if it’s help with a sewing machine or getting the right chemicals for the spa, this is our go-to place

Had what I needed

What great customer service! I brought in a broken sewing machine I had inherited from my great grandmother. Turns out I just had the bobbin in wrong. They fixed it up, showed me how to thread it, and carried it out to my car. What a wonderful place!

I went into this shop looking for a certain type of Vacuum, the owner educated me on several types that I was looking at and helped me find the one that suited my needs. Hard working team for sure! I highly recommend this place!

To say that Walla Walla Sew & vac has excellent customer service would be understated. They have amazing customer service. I bought a new Pfaff sewing machine a few months ago from a local dealer in my community. I learned nothing but to hate my machine with the lack of support and user training from that original dealership. Because of my frustration I was was advised( by a friend) to make the trip to the Walla Walla dealership and ask for help. I called Walla Walla Sew & Vac and they immediately set up an appointment for me to come in and they promised after some user instructions that I would love my machine. The promise was sure! They spent half a day showing me the ins and outs of the machine. They treated me as if I had actually bought the sewing machine from them. Walla Walla Sew & Vac have a customer for life with me and they are well worth my 2 hour trip there.

Friendly staff. I was greeted a most immediately upon entering. My questions were answered and information given. No high pressure sales pitch. I will return when I make up my mind.

Hat tip to Jake who went way beyond the call of duty to diagnose and fix our Miele vaccuum. Called with regular status updates and ran the vac for 30 min to get it to demonstrate the intermittent problem—rather than just giving up. And the final bill was very fair. What a welcome service experience!
