This clinic is fantastic. I went in for impressions to make custom earphones and the service was spectacular. My doctor was not finished until she was satisfied that they were done right and made several attempts to make it happen. The price was right too!

They were able to be open during regular business hours, unlike the seemingly much larger business I had been using. They had what I needed,demonstrating a can do attitude. Lori is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

I took my 95 year old father to get help for his hearing. Lori went out of her way to meet us after I flew in from Arizona. She spent a lot of time setting up his new hearing aids & make them match his hearing loss.Since we bought them She has went to the Veterans Home where Dad lives & readjusted them to help Dad even hear better. Even if it is your first time in their office. She listens to your needs and offers solutions. She makes sure the product she sells you performs the way you need it to. Her office manager Edy does a terrific job. She calls you a day or two ahead of your appointment to remind you. I cant say enough good about the way I was treated. Ill be back again.
