Brought in a paint sample to match and create a gallon of same. Took the paint home to apply to blemished areas on a wall and the paint did not match our wall, which the sample was taken from. Took a full gallon of paint back as unusable and Sherwin Williams informed me, they dont take responsibility for paint match failures. So, I am out 55.00.It really is very disappointing, when a vendor does not stand behind their work and tell me it is my problem. Another annoying issue, they never informed me of their return policy on match failures.

Better than HomeDepot. Really know their stuff. Very helpful.

Outstanding quality paints and helpful employees. They really know about the colors and how they will look. The app is great also. Its easy to use, it finds colors in photos and can show you how they will look on your site.

Took unopened paint from previous purchase to have tinted to a different shade. Older paint so couldnt use soautomated process but they said it could be done manually, trial and error method. Trust them, they do it right! Great service, friendly Staff, and great products. Need paint, stain, or supplies? This is the place to go.

This is a small but knowledgeable paint shop in Walla Walla. The staff know there stuff and they have a lot of paint in stock.Some of the tools are a bit over priced and sometimes I have had to wait a while in a line to get paint. They have some online tools that are pretty slick to help you pick paint colors.

It’s just the best paint I’ve used. I love changing up the colors in my homes and once I switched to SW, I never looked back.
