I transferred from another medical supply to Norco. I was contacted after my doctors appointment and the customer support person researched the CPAP supplies I needed. I received my supplies promptly and the customer service person also made sure to address the concerns of the Phillips recall on my current machine. They made me feel more at ease about using my machine and the warning signs to look for.

I was very pleased with their service. I had just moved to the area and was having trouble with my CPAP machine, they called me and scheduled an appointment right away and furnished me with a new machine and everything I needed that day. I had a very pleasant experience.

This is a terrible company. I was forced to switch from Lincare which was absolutely fabulous about calling monthly to check on my CPAP supplies. Norco never calls to check on my supplies and when I call them to get supplies they dont arrive. I called 3 weeks ago and still havent received anything, customer service is terrible.

Lots of great products, great selection. Customer service is a bit lacking. Friendly staff. Very clean new building.

Dont waste your time on the medical side. They just say no we dont have that, wont look or even try. Blow you off and next customer. Welding side is good.

I have worked with the great people at Norco starting 5 or more years ago. I got my C-pap and supplies and items for 3, going on my 4th different joint replacement.(full left knee - Dec 31, 2018. Happy New Year!)Not only has all my experiences with Norco been great, the employees at Norco have always been courteous, caring, knowledgeable about their products and very, very helpful. Their prices were always better than others in town especially on non-covered items. If they had a part you needed laying around the warehouse not in inventory, theyd just give to you to help you out of a bind for little or no cost. That kind of customer service, which is what they give, shall get Norco all my business.The person stating that someone was rude to her on the phone is basing her opinion on one short call as far as i can tell. My review is based upon years of helpful, courteous and caring assistance by all the employees at Norco.

Person who answers the phone is very rude... Will not do business there because of her... She is to mean to want to even enter the business.. Will go some place else..
