I had a collision with my Model 3 while commuting to work. Unfortunately, it damaged the front bumper and rear bumper pretty badly.In an attempt to have it repaired locally, Brooks was recommended by another shop that had good reviews. So I gave them a call and was able to schedule a same day follow up to view the damage. The damage was quoted to be pretty high even though it was purely aesthetics. But on the plus side, my insurance took care of a bulk of the cost and I just had to pay the deductible.I was able to schedule a date and time to drop off the vehicle along with being set up with a rental. Jesse was a great point of contact as he made the process seamless. He was able to keep in contact continuously and follow up, he also offered to take my car in early if I didn’t feel safe driving. My car felt fine after the collision so I asked if I could keep driving my car until the parts for the repair came in.When I came back to pick up my car two and a half weeks later, not only was the car detailed and looking great. They also were efficient in getting me ready to get in and out of the shop.Overall my experience was very nice, especially due to Jesse keeping me in constant communication about updates and issues they were able to resolve after a quick call and email.I’d recommend anyone with a Tesla to come here if they have any collisions, they also work with Walnut Creek enterprise to make rentals and shuttles incredibly easy.

I brought our Tesla in for repair and wasnt claiming on insurance, so I was more conscious of price and ensuring there werent cost overruns. Jesse couldnt assure me until the car was opened up, but I felt confident he was looking out for me. The ultimate price came in even lower than the initial estimate!Parts needed to be ordered and Jesse kept me informed of timing. He kept me well informed throughout the repair process and the repairs were completed 1 day earlier than he estimated.This is a class business, and while I hope I dont need to visit them again, I wont hesitate to if I need body work done.

These guys are great. Phenomenal work on the car and timely. They worked with the insurance company so I did not have to. The communication was excellent and done primarily over email which made my life easy as no back and forth phone calls. Excellent place to take your car. Made a complex problem very easy.

Brooks Motor Cars recently repaired damage to my vehicle. I had a tight timing issue as I was taking the vehicle out of town with me for 3 months. The service rep was able to fit me in, worked with my insurance company and had the vehicle ready a day before promised. The work was EXCELLENT. You can not tell anything had happened to the vehicle. Hopefully I will not need to use them again, but if I do, there is no one else I’d rather have do the repairs.

Does this shop do Autobody repairs on cars other than Teslas? The majority of the reviews are from Tesla owners.UPDATE: I had my 4Runner repaired at Brooks for a giant dent to my door from a lady whom backed into me while she was on the phone.So - they DO work on other vehicles besides Teslas and Maseratis.And they do excellent work! Communication throughout the repair process was great and I would definitely use them again.

I was totally delighted when I picked up my Tesla Model 3 with the dents in its side gone. It looked better than brand new, and sparkling clean inside and out. Im considering getting a new dent every year after this experience!

Renzo and the entire team at Brooks Motors did a great job repairing our Tesla Model S after someone did a job on it in a Costco parking lot and took off! Our Tesla is 8 years old and had some other minor dints and dings that come with 8 years of driving and parking in the bay area. Renzo took care of all those little items along with the damage caused by our neighbor at Costco. Once the Brooks team was done with the damage repair they detailed and buffed the car and it looks almost brand new again! My wife is extremely happy and therefore so am I! My many thanks to Renzo and the Brooks team! Great job!

Brooks Motor Cars is a first rate facility. They did a great job repairing my 2016 Tesla Model X and they even have the capability to replace the front windshield which was a bonus. I highly recommend them.

I was side-swiped in my brand new Tesla Model Y a few weeks back. The damage didnt appear to be too extensive, but the Tesla dealer in Berkeley told me it was beyond their scope/capabilities, so I used their reference page to find Brooks Motor Cars of Walnut Creek (Tesla Certified). From the beginning, Brianne and Renzo were very professional and helpful. They explained how the process was going to work and gave me an estimated timeline (which was spot on). Luckily the other driver was found to be 100% at fault (thanks Tesla camera system!), so I knew the other drivers insurance would be covering the bill. Renzo handled all of the interactions with my insurance (USAA) and made getting the supplemental claim approval process very easy. It turns out there was a fair amount of damage under the skin of the car too. The final product looks great! Renzo was also able to recommend an appraiser to help me recover the diminished value of the car. I am just starting that process now.
