Review №5

Jan has been taking care of my Mercedes E420 for over 6 years. Routine parts and maintenance has been done cost efficiently and promptly within the time projections (e.g. replace stuts, filters, etc.) Additionally, he has spotted nascent problems early - fixing before they broke and saved me big bucks. When a transient problem occurred (throttle block) he resolutely stuck with it through multiple diagnostic trials and only billed for the first! When repair options were available (e.g. new or rebuilt?) he clearly explained the options, gave an opinion but accepted my decision. He has a brusque interpersonal style that is blunt and to the point ... but I dont go there for his bedside manner. After over-priced pretentious dealer maintenance experience, it has been good to relax and trust. I wouldnt think of taking my car any other place.
