I’m very disappointed in this deli. Been going there for years. Today I ordered my regular, turkey avocado on bagel roll. Apparently they only heard avacado, but not the turkey (she didn’t repeat the order so I didn’t know she didn’t hear turkey). I called them as soon as got to my destination, where I was going to eat before my meeting. She says “oh sorry I did not here the turkey only avocado. I said ok, I can’t come back now but maybe can get a credit for sandwich next time. She says, “no I only charged you for avocado”. I said ok, but I won’t eat this. Basically all bagel. So I have to stop again after my meeting cause I need protein and substance. If the deli makes a mistakes, they should make it right . It’s only fair. I paid good money for a sandwich I won’t eat, let alone after my meeting I have to find a place to eat. I would give this place 5 stars as food is good, just don’t like the fact they don’t own up to there mistakes.

This is one of the best places to eat around the place is clean and the people are so very nice ..they offer a line of smoothies that are out of this world I always get Pina colada that is so good I love it

Bad service. Dont go here. Called in my order as I had a meeting to get to. When I showed up, my order wasnt there. The woman who took my order, the owner, pretended she never took my order. I recognized her voice as I have called in my order many times in the past. Told her I had a meeting and couldnt wait so I left. Will not be coming back.

Nice people, good food, ridiculous waits. Two weeks in a row. We literally stood in line for a half hour because the two people behind the counter made hundreds of dollars worth of to go orders while everyone in line waited and watched. Door dashers and phone in orders prioritized over local walk ins. Wont be back until it changes

Great sandwiches, bakery items and speciality drinks. The service is always friendly and fast. They make their own carrot cake and it is the best carrot cake ever. I also like their breakfast menu. The sausage eggwich with cheese is my favorite! This is a wonderful place to eat.

Over 30 types of bagels and lots of other things! Coffee variety huge, hot or iced! Decent prices, warm atmosphere, clean, cozy!! Nice staff and free huge parking.

We found this place on Google and took the girls for breakfast.-I had Bagel Street Breakfast on a jalapeño colby bagel. Excellent! Perfectly toasted.-Husband had bacon and egg on jalapeño cheddar and loved it.-Girls had chocolate chip muffins.-Super friendly staff.-Clean, casual atmosphere.-Restrooms available.-Opens early.-Get there early for pastries--mostly gone by 6:45 on a Friday morning.-Green bagels for St. Patricks Day!

Wait is horrendous, 15+ minutes for a bag of 4 bagels. This is with only 3 people in front of me. By the time I left the line was out the door. Owner really doesn’t have their act together. Been coming for years, same ridiculous wait.

Disappointing. I got the veggie eggwich and it was abysmal. No flavour and such a shame considering it was my first time here and I was looking forward to the food.Waste of money and I’m going to stick to Noah’s Bagels in future.

Tasty food, huge menu of items. Lots of beverage choices and the bagels are very fresh. Their frozen coffee drinks are quite good, I recommend giving one a try to find yourself pleasantly delighted. Its not Starbucks, but a good substitute.

They got my order wrong and wouldnt fix it.I waited 10mins for my correct order, they just handed me back the same incorrect order i gave them.Acted pretty rude to me, like I was trying to rip them off or something, gave me attitude.Wont come back.

Love the food but the place is not very clean anymore, the chairs are gross, the plastic silverware is white and you can see the dust on it, you can even tell where the new knives are placed because those are whiter. Really the best bagels in town but the cleanliness is getting to me. Also they have officially the worst coffee in the world. But again..the best bagels ever!!

This place has the worlds best BLTs on Dutch crunch bread that you will ever eat in your whole life!!!! But get there before the lunch time rush or you are out of luck on the bread. It wont be the same on any other kind of bread.

Were regulars here every week. Girls are nice and service is quick. Good place to grab bagels and coffee in the morning or quick sandwich during lunch.

Good variety of bagels and other items. Older woman delivers great customer service though the young man since very indifferent and is slow.

Food is usually pretty good at decent prices but, sometimes bagels are under toasted. Staff arent very helpful just seems like their doing their own thing. When the occupancy is low they tend to slow down your order and laugh and chat a lot. Also what I am here to mainly write about is the cleaning, it is supposed to close at 4PM and they are always making me and others move from our spots to mop and clean, they also start putting up chairs in the middle of the so called OPEN hours which just makes you feel unwelcome. I find this highly disrespectful as I spend my money here to eat, sit, and relax and when the staff make you leave your seat so they can mop and clean the place it makes you feel severely unwelcomed and its pretty rude.

Maybe it was the time of day (3pm) but the service was very slow. The two women working there spent most of the time talking to each other while 4-5 people waited at the counter. My order was made wrong: after asking for no sprouts, my sandwich came loaded with them. In addition, the eating area: floors, tables was dirty and unattended. Wont be returning.

My favorite local bagel emporium. My favorite currently is the pumpkin crunch.
