Do never buy a rug from this place its very low quality!!! Even if they give it to you at $10 price!!!I bought this rug since one year and half. I was vacuuming it just normally Once in two weeks its always dusty, for me it was normal.but lately since I had a baby I vacuumed more regularly and the same amount of dust and hair and felt come out of the vacuum. Please check the attachment. When I called the customer service unfortunately they couldnt do anything just telling me that the rug WAS DRY, maybe I need to buy a moisturizer from la prairie brand!!! Even if I told the two ladies that I have a newborn and I am concerned about my baby. they Didnt care. This is what we call a great customer service!!!!By the way the dirt in the pics this is one day vacuum I have to do it at least 4 times, and the next day the same amount of dirt and dust will come out again!!! Shaim on u!!!!
I love Pottery Barn but the selection in this store is extremely small. Not even 5% of what PB offers online.
My spouse and I have shopped here a few times. During the Shelter In Place we decided to furnish the patio of our Condo. Nick was awesome. He worked with us over the phone, designed layouts and how the furniture would fit, made recommendations on furniture, carpet, tables, and pillows. He was fantastic to work with in every way. We have our oasis beautifully furnished now thanks to Nick and his attention to detail and design eye. We love it.
I ordered a couch and the delivery people damaged it upon arrival scratching our brand new painted walls and getting paint streaks on it. I asked for the couch to be taken back and requested a new one. I was told to wash the stains off with soap and water. Long story short, after waiting on this couch for two months I have to wait another three moths for the replacement one. So sad because I really love their merchandise.
Always helpful, always fun
Parking isnt great but once you make it inside the store the staff is immediately there to greet you and I was offered assistance by multiple people during my visit. The prices vary and so do the styles of what is offered. It made it fun to shop and I ended up finding something I liked and at a fantastic price. The four stars is only for the parking, inside is easily five stars.
Snotty sales staff, a big turnoff.
Had what I needed. Super place to shop. Much larger than most PBs
The night stand I purchased was damaged. When I brought it to the store, Kathi, the manager, automatically assumed what the problem was without asking. While trying to respond, she kept talking over me and wouldn’t give me a chance to explain. While reordering a replacement, Jude, the employee helping me, made it seem like it was a burden to her. Even answering simple inquiries seemed to irritate her; she would abruptly and rudely respond, as if I was stupid for even asking. She also had this tone when replying to her superiors. Extremely unprofessional customer service. I have only been treated respectfully when employees assumed I was going to purchase something. Save the hassle of dealing with these people and order online instead.
Other customers have said it best. This has been the single most awful experience I have had with any furniture purchase. Despite being forced to pay a premium for white glove delivery, I have now had 5 unique delivery attempts for 2 items (a table and a cabinet). The items have been damaged by the delivery service or the wrong items were delivered. This comes after the items arrived way later than I was told when I purchased them. I still dont have the items and have spent hours on the phone trying to get resolution. No one has bothered a single Im sorry just the standard I know this must be frustrating for you line - a true sign of poor customer service! The store is quick to tell me they have no direct relation with the delivery side of their business. Boy I wish I knew that before they took my money - good luck if and when your items will arrive and whether they will be delivered without damage. Never again will I purchase furniture from Pottery Barn.
Lovely caring and efficient staff!!
Clean and most staff are helpful. Parking is a pain in the neck most of the time.
Very classic store. Nice sales!
Great staff and a wonderful place. Parking can be a bit of a problem though
Pottery barn is always the place to go if you want to keep your furniture up to date! But that’s only if you have a ton of time and money to give up.
Staff is very helpful and i love their items here.
Dont bother coming in unless youre over 60 and wearing Burberry. They dont help you otherwise.
Excellent service. Personal attention in finding what I wanted. Sales are great!
Do not visit this Pottery Barn as their customer service is a 1 of out a 100. I have tried multiple stores and if you are ok with the drive, visit the stoneridge store. I recently purchased almost 4k worth of furniture from this Walnut Creek store. Not only was the sales rep misleading when we were told one of the desks was available and could be sent in a few days ( It took over 2.5 weeks ), I received damaged goods. The delivery guys were great and said it would be easy to swap out. Thats where the service sucked. My girlfriend called and spoke to the manager, Emil after a failed return call from their store to attempt to swap these items. He then explained that WE have to pay for a redelivery fee for the chair that was dirty and defective? Really? I spend $459 on a chair and I have to bring it back and then a reorder a new chair and pick it up? Really? Oh, and when we were buying the items, we probably a good 45 mins to get rung up before the sales rep realized she didnt know how to work the register and we were told to go shopping and they would call us when the order was processed. LOL. I think the District Manager needs to take a hard look at this store and clearly the weak reviews on this page speak for consistency.
Great location and friendly staff, but takes a long time to get stuff. Be prepared to wait.
Big store centrally located and close to parking lot. Hard to find help.
Love love love this place. Massive helpful store.
Great if your sense of style is trapped inside a 65 year-old.
Buying furniture from Pottery Barn has been nothing less than a nightmare. They have no idea when they will be able to ship you furniture and to make matters worse their customer service (800 #) is most unhelpful. I purchased a couch 2 months ago and have no furniture and the company still has my money. I will not be purchasing anything from Pottery Barn in the future.
Love their products. Never ordered product - only bought from store.
Great selection, store appearance, and personal service.
Awesome staff, really helpful when buying my coffee machine
Disgusted in their free shipping ploy. They changes their shipping code for a mirror to white clove and added a 159.00 special shipping fee before they promoted their free shipping during friends and family promotion.Your customers are more savvy than you think.White Glove is for building furniture - this is a mirror that is in the box.I put a 1 star because I had to to post- you do not deserve a star
Very helpful staff
Very cool candles 😎
Eclectic mix of modern and traditional furniture
Great selection and customer service!
Its a pretty Okay store
New computer system slow.
Staff was very helpful when we received broken plate ordered online.
Not many options but great prices.
Clean, well organized, good selection
Beautiful inventory
Not one person asked me for help. Not sure what the flow is in there. If you order on line or you can do a straight purchase. I will go down to Pleasanton in the future.
Nice store.......just a little snobbish.
Fantastic displays
Extremely understaffed and unfriendly customer service
Big boxes.
