If you are a bride on a budget then this is your place to go! I found a beautiful dress for under $200! The service was great and they were patient and friendly during my visit. Wedding dress shopping can be a stressful experience, but the staff made it easy and fun for me.

I had the best first experience trying dresses on with Cezanne! She is absolutely amazing!! I would hands down recommend her to help you pick dresses out! Although I only selected 2 I found she picked out more for me to try on as well as one that was way out my comfort zone and I felt beautiful in it. She is very honest, asks about your venue / feel just so she has an idea of what you’re going for! Bhldn has a great selection of dresses that are reasonably priced! Go here if you’re wanting to try dresses on without feeling over whelmed by 100+ dresses on the racks! The selection is very limited but I am sure you will find one!

5 plus stars for the ladies who work at the Walnut Creek location. I only remember Kristen by name but everyone I spoke with was wonderful and made my experience buying a dress for my moms wedding so easy. I was pleased to see BHLDN had various size inclusive options as well. Thank you for saving the day and getting me a dress ASAP when everything els fell through. Will be back for sure!!!

Great selection of gowns that are hard to find elsewhere however the associate that help me seems annoyed that I tried gowns on. The stylist team seemed to get confused with my appointments too since I have one for the gowns and one of the accessories. They tried to clarify through the phone and seemed to understand it then. When I showed up to the shop, though, they were confused once again. And then told me that I had to leave when my time was not over yet.

I had such a pleasant wedding dress shopping experience with Kristen! She listened to my concerns and thoughtfully picked out dresses for me to try on that would suit my comfort zone and venue. This was my best wedding planning experience so far—I highly recommend Kristen :)

I found a dress when I went to the shop and I fell in love. Ends up someone just bought the last one and so I was told it was on back order but I would get it in February at the latest. The shop ordered me the dress on January 16 and the date kept moving back. It now says “has yet to ship” for the past 4 days. And now when I call customer support and now being told it won’t ship until June and my wedding is in June. I have lost all hope on this dress getting to me and I’m absolutely devastated. I just keep getting the run around and customer service won’t answer my questions. They won’t give me any updates. They tell me anything. They just say that’s what the wear house says but they won’t call and get actual updates. Like I said I am absolutely and completely devastated. I am a nursing student and I don’t have a ton money I paid a ton of money for this dress and I can not believe that I won’t even get concrete answers. I would not recommend buying a dress from here. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Incredible experience at BHLDN thanks to the personal stylist Cezanne, and in an hour, walked out with exactly what I was looking for.I had 2 dress appointments in one day, across different shops. The big box store I went to before BHLDN felt like a terrifying BRIDE FACTORY. Incredibly impersonal, you check in and youre left alone to browse/pick dresses for 15-20 minutes. When youre looking at 100 dresses on the rack for the first time, its incredibly overwhelming. Was later ushered into a dressing room, and the person helping me was attending to two people - myself and another girl next to me. She couldnt keep up with both of us trying our dresses, and my mom had to step in and help clip me. Quite frankly, it wasnt a fun or enjoyable experience.BHLDN was a whole different ballgame. After I checked in, I expected something similar to store #1: theyd pull the dresses and usher me into a dressing room for me to figure it out. Cezanne instead went through everything Id submitted online, checked my budget, explained how alterations can quickly add up, asked if my budget was including/excluding alterations, and cross-referenced the prices of each dress I had picked out! She directed me to walk around the showroom (which was beautifully done and not overwhelming), and asked me to talk through what I liked and didnt like while asking questions to understand my tastes.I told her my primary goal was to have a more casual dress that I could rewear every year, and she held onto EVERYTHING I said to help guide my decision. She gave such fabulous, wise advice that I wouldnt have otherwise thought of as a first-time buyer around fit, flow, etc. She was extremely perceptive to whether I loved or loathed something about a dress, and cheered me on when something wasnt my usual style, but looked good on me! Talking to her was like talking to a long-time friend who also was a wedding dress EXPERT.Everything felt incredibly personalized, luxurious, and with her guidance I walked out of that store with the perfect dress - the Cali in ivory at $184 after tax. It was even rush-delivered to me so Id have the full return window to make a decision! I bet all the BHLDN stylists are great, but Cezanne was THE BEST FOR ME!

I had a great experience at BHLDN WC. This was my first appointment trying on dresses, and I felt welcomed, comfortable, informed, and included during the process! My appointment was with Cezanne, and she was awesome!! She identified my personal style very quickly, and helped me pose to make sure we got great photos of each dress.

Highly recommend coming here instead of Palo Alto bridal, went to both had terrible experiences with Palo Alto, but then I came here got the experience I needed! Kelly was wonderful & helpful! Everyone was welcoming & provides the help that was needed with offering Tailor recommendations & correct sizing also didn’t rush with time limit. Thank you for the great customer service! I’ll be back to pick up my dress soon!

It was great and we ordered my daughters dress!

My mom pushed this visit on me without making an appointment but Heather was very accommodating and gave us her undivided attention. She was equally enthusiastic and honest about each of the options I tried on despite the fact that the prices varied hugely. Ordering was easy and I am very happy with the dress pieces I got and the service here.

Had some issues communicating regarding my appointment, but I blame Covid-19 for that! Once I was there, my stylist Susie listened intently to me, was kinda and helpful when I needed advice, and helped me feel excited and beautiful instead of overwhelmed. All in all wonderful, and the dresses are beautiful too!

My experience with my stylist Corinne was amazing... her enthusiasm and expertise was just what I needed for my first ever wedding dress fitting. She was also completely respectful of my price point and did not attempt to push beyond this. I also really appreciated her style of not being super salesy / pushy. When the appointment ended, she wrote down my options and simply said to give them a call if / when I was ready to order. Great experience overall!

BHLDN has beautiful dresses by various designers for a variety of price points! I love that the dresses are all online and that it prices are clear before you ever step foot in the store. I did my research online and went to look at the gowns beforehand. I knew I wouldn’t be able to try on anything without an appointment. It is very important to make an appointment because the stylists give their full attention to each client. I loved my experience of trying on dresses at the Walnut Creek location. I had the pleasure of working with Jill to find the perfect dress. She was very helpful and gave subtle opinions, but she was also great about stepping back and she allowed my group of girls to create and share their own thoughts. I found my perfect gown the day of my appointment. It was actually the first dress I tried on! There was a minor issue when ordering the dress, but Jill worked with me to sort it out. I would highly recommend looking at BHLDN for a wedding gown or even bridesmaid dresses and make an appointment at the Walnut Creek location!

I loved the lady who helped us, i love most of the dresses as well, i felt the space was as little cramped to have any intimacy with your group, if you wanted that. Only thing i didnt care for was that some of the dresses were just so dirty. I get they are show dresses, but common. Youre suppose to be selling $1200 dresses, or more, to someone for their wedding. Launder them or get new ones.

I initially went to BHLDN because it was the only bridal store that was open on a Monday, the only day my mom could participate. The visit couldnt have been better! You can only have 1 guest and you must wear a mask the entire time, which made my mom and I feel safe and confident with the Anthro health and safety implementations. Cezanne, my stylist, was the BEST. Her questions about what I liked or disliked about a dress allowed her to come up with several amazing options that which I wouldnt have picked for myself. She clearly knew what BHLDN had in stock, she was kind and made me feel like I was her favorite bride ever. I got engaged during COVID, so to feel incredibly special and celebrated was really nice given that I havent had a chance to share those special moments with loved ones yet. The dress that I will most likely be purchasing was one of Cezannes picks for me!

I was supposed to get married this July, but due to COVID-19, we were forced to postpone until 2021. Tonight I met with Rouya via ZOOM and she was so helpful in finding me a second wedding dress to wear to my small ceremony this summer. It has been such a crazy and uncertain time, and it was so nice to talk with someone and help me find another dress. If you are in the same boat as me, and needed another dress for your wedding, do not hesitate, set up a ZOOM call with them ASAP!

Great place! Loved it from the first time! I got my wedding dress there! It was only month left before the wedding and They helped me to find right dress, right size, recommended tailors and ideas about completing the look! They made sure to deliver it in time! And if you order from the store, they wave shipping costs! I dont know what Ive done without them!

I had the pleasure of booking my appointment online two days before I went in. I had a lovely stylist Dani who helped me try on nine dresses in an hour and was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and it was like shopping with a friend! I ordered my dress over the phone from the store and it will get to me in 3-10 business days! BHLDN has gorgeous dresses that are perfect for someone who needs a dress fast, or anyone who loves unique gowns at am amazing price point. I would tell any bride to come try on dresses at this location!

Love pressure place. Free champagne. Only complaint is that they usually only have dresses in a size 12, sometimes they have a 6 too, so they have to pin the dresses with clips and it can be hard to really get an idea of how it looks. They dont mind if you come back for multiple appointments. Ive been with 4 brides. They have a decent selection of dresses. Most are are around $500-$1000, sometimes on sale for as low as $200!

My sister made an appointment and provided a list of dresses she was interested in beforehand. The store knew of the dresses she wanted to try. All the dresses she picked from the website were sold out and no longer being sold by BHLDN. They never informed us this before we came to the appointment. We drove a long way to come to the store and took time off work. Why wouldn’t the store inform us beforehand the dresses we were no long available before we came to the appointment? Horrible! Will never recommend this place!

First off, when we first arrived I couldnt even tell who worked there. When the stylist came over she was very stiff and not personable at all. She acted very disinterested and unhappy to be at work today. When I was standing the pedestal, she was more Interested in the appointment going on at the same time. She offered no suggestions, very little conversation. And the other stylist offered her clients a glass of champagne!! They didnt have a wide selection. I was extremely UNIMPRESSED.

Amazing place, full of options for every type of bride. You need to make an appointment in advance. Youll have personal stylist that assists you for an entire hour and making suggestions on the most flattering styles for you. They are very friendly and professional!

My niece had appointment last night. I was shocked at the appearance of the BHLDN space within the store. It looked like a sale area, racks looked temporary, space seemed unfinished. Figured maybe they had just opened up. Asked and said they had been opened three years. FILTHY upholstery in the seating area. FILTHY rug. So bizarre. Isn’t anthropology all about smart creative design?The thoughtless display of merchandise made the dresses look cheap.Personnel disorganized, unpolished, ungracious, haphazard.I have been in BHLDN in Houston which is lovely. Stand alone store.Shame on management of Walnut Creek store.

Terrible, and possibly discriminatory, customer service!!!I came looking for a nice evening dress to change into for my wedding dinner reception. I was set on buying a two piece dress from their bridal collection I had seen online, but wanted to confirm my size because I am very petite. I tried to ask a sales associate if I would be able to try on a few outfits that were not wedding dresses without making an appointment. When she answered me, she did not face me at all but instead kept looking around the room and her clipboard as if I was bothering her. Then mid-sentence she suddenly started talking to a customer trying on a dress behind me asking how her dress fit etc for at least a minute. There was no excuse me while I help my appointment. I stood there surprised and awkwardly as I have never been in a situation like this. When her appointment customer started walking back to her fitting room the sales associate said I need to help my appointment first and quickly walked away.I felt she was very unprofessional and rude to me as a customer. I think it could possibly be the fact that I had no make up on, and looked like a high school student with my mini warriors drawstring backpack, which, made her think I couldnt afford their stuff. If she had paid attention to me she would not have failed to see my huge Tiffanys engagement ring. If she had cared, she would have asked me what occasion I needed the dress for. Instead, it felt as if she was in a hurry to help only her appointment and not assist a potential buying customer.Im not shopping at a place who hires such rude employees ever again.
