My visit was very good. Excellent customer service.

They did a good job trying to pack in as much stuff as they can in a relatively small space. Of course there are less choices than other bigger big 5 but they make up for it with a great staff attitude. Their customer service is excellent, they were as helpful as they come. I called and they put what I needed on hold. When I got there it was put aside for me even if they were the last ones on the shelf. Their parking lot is in the back.

Very crowded isles with limited selections, didnt find any of the 5 various items we needed. The staff was pleasant and responded eagerly - there isnt wasnt enough selection

Very small but you can get what you need in most departments. Firearm availability is almost none at this time and you need to buy one in order to get the firearm safety certificate. There are a lot of options for airsoft and air guns though. Other than that not too bad of a location.

Its a Big 5. Small store. Better selection and larger store at Pleasant Hill location. Merchandise is crowded

If youre patient, you can get dumbbells here, which are in short supply everywhere, for a reasonable price. If you are active duty military or a veteran, youll get a discount, too. I was very happy with the staff. The store was clean and well laid out.

Super helpful staff. I was in need of a couple tents and was running around town trying to find what were needed. Every single team member that I came in contact with during my visit had superior customer service. Thank you for all of your help today!

The staff here is great. They are super friendly and helpful. Always a quick experience here. The store is starting to seem a bit dated, but thats most big 5s. The location and convenience brought me in, but the staff is why I always return.

Its barely noticed from the street. This place has been here many many years. They have great prices on sneakers and other sporting goods. While they may not have alot of staff sometimes, The staff is excellent. The cashier greeted us and asked how she can help. Told her I was looking for sneakers. She smiled and called over the intercom system requesting help for me then told me to head back. I was greeted at the sneaker section tried on a few sneakers then bought a pair for a great price. Ill be back. Thanks Big 5 staff.

Saddened by the management team here. I’ve been a long time customer but the service, attention to detail, customer experience, you name it - have all been thrown in the dumps. I wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone who enjoys a positive customer experience.

3/27/18Mom bought me some new snow shoes just before our most recent trip to Tahoe. I love her!Really cute black snow boots and they were on sale for $5 off. Armando rang us up at the register and was really nice too. Great experience and the shoes were fabulous during the snowy weather.

This Big 5 is awesome! Love the selection of trout fishing tackle and bait at this location. This Big 5 is obviously very well managed as it is always fully stocked, neat and organized. You can buy your California state fishing license here as well. I highly recommend this Big 5 sporting goods store

Didnt have any compound bows at the times but had everything else

So much in a small shop. Went there for an ice chest, limited inventory on the shelves.

I Walked in, register guy said how you doing, I said great, walked to fishing poles where there was a manager guy and I said waders and he said I got four kind where you going I said Boat, Tuna and he said what size foot I said 12, he said be right back. Came back a minute later with a ladder and said the ones you want are on sale, climbed the ladder pulled them down and said have a great trip, I then went to the back of the store shoe section and boom there was another guy that said let me know if you need to try on a pair, 5 minutes later I had new work shoes and a pair of daily shoes went to the register and asked for a fishin license and buddy said day two day or years end. Two minutes later I was driving down the street..

This weekend was special sale day. I went for sneakers and bedroom slippers. They have a Salesman in the shoe department that helped us find the shoes. Looked at apparel, but nothing stood out.

Just like every other Big 5. Nothing special, nothing bad. Nice selection.

They had a good selection of stuff. Pretty much the basic sports, camping, fishing, and training equipment.

Shoe sales person Matt was especially helpful when I requested a NB walking shoes and none were on display and went into inventory and found an alternative for $39.00. Sometimes other stores have better prices for shoe u are searching for: check internet for best prices, let us keep Big 5 the discount price leader.
