Godiva’s chocolate collections are just delicious and perfect to give them to your dear and near ones. I loved their commitment and they always keep their promises of delivering on time. During last moment of Christmas, I ordered some chocolates and they kept their promise to deliver it before Christmas and I’m so happy. What else we can ask for. Seriously I’m a big fan of your company. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to purchase a wedding gift set here but they wanted to charge me extra for each chocolate peace. When I asked for discount they told me to go shop at a cheaper store. How disappointing.

I love Godiva, I think their chocolatier drink is the best chocolate drink around. But it is surprisingly underrated drink, especially much much better than the big corporation ones like Starbucks drink. Highly recommended. Especially their dark chocolate drink. Also if you get 4 drink from Godiva, you get one free, so that is much appreciated. This particular storekeepers were very prompt and responsive. Highly recommended.

Love their dark chocolate soft serve in their new dark chocolate cone. On a hot summer day, who would not be refreshed with that? Even on a cold rainy day you just could not resist. I love that Godiva is offering a rewards program for free which would earn you free chocolate pieces (upon membership you get one free as well). They also have a rewards card that they will give you once you register. It is fast, you just have to give your number and email ad. So dont forget that when youre grabbing their icecream.

The clerk was very knowledgeable, helpful, and advised us about the upcoming Godiva promotions for next week.

Godiva has very delicious soft ice-cream.

The store is very small with a descent selection. Sales person was pretty helpful and not pushy. I brought some holiday chocolate and the process was pretty smooth. Their chocolate are not made fresh on location like some other places in SF. The parking is a bit tough. I wouldnt come here just for them. And their prices arw ridiculously high, even for european brand. Brought 7 boxes of chocolate and it came out to like 140 dollars.

Drove all the way from San Pablo for a birthday present for my mother-in-law... the employee working wasnt very nice and treated me like I couldnt afford anything in the store. Luckily I knew exactly what I needed and didnt have to stay long. Wont be back, will just order online from now on.

My daughter and I were visiting Walnut Creek for the day that began with a delightful lunch with visions of a piece of Godiva chocolate to follow. The location at 108 Broadway Lane (Store 560) was in sight. After selecting a number of pcs., and as a Godiva Chocolate Rewards Club member, I inquired about my complimentary pc. I was without my rewards club card and the salesperson entered my name, phone # and email into the register, locating my membership, yet still denied me the one complimentary pc. Very POOR customer service/satisfaction Cashier: 08754, 7/17/18, 2:55 p.m.

Everything chocolate. Soft serve is a tour de flavor extraordinnaire! Expensive but worth it for a treat.

A bit pricey but the service was goid & the selection of truffles & other deletables is big & pleasingly presented.
