Fernando Has done all the work on most of my vehicles since I met him. Today he did an amazing job Installing a new radio in my Honda. He also did the alarm on this car as well.The work was flawlessly executed, The price was very fair and he finished 2 hours before he promised the car to me. I usually dont write reviews unless the service has been exceptional and I am delighted to say my interactions with Fernando at Bay Radio And Alarm were simply exceptional. Few reasons why I would recommend him without a second thought:-1. I wanted to get new alarm system installed on my car and after talking to multiple renowned/authorized shops in my area I decided to go with Fernando at Bay Radio And Alarm, walnut creek because he listened to me patiently and understood my concerns.2. When I went to him, I again explained and he tried to provide the best he could without trying to sell something which I may not want.3. He also provided me the best price that he could.4. Did the installation in record time this saving me time so that I could use my car sooner.5. After installation when one of the sensor wasnt working as expected, he offered to remove it at no extra labour cost.6. He even offered to take out the entire system if I wasnt happy with it and he would refund the entire amount. This kind of generousity is rarely seen in this business and hence hats off to him.I am still figuring out the alarm system and would go back to him if I see any issues but he is the kind of person you would like to do business with since he has offered me to come back anytime if I see any issues and he will get it taken care of in the lifetime labour guarantee that he provides. This is my third transaction with Fernando. My first two was when he was with a mobile business. Fernando put a new alarm into my 1999 Honda. He also removed a lot of old abandoned wiring and rewired my whole radio. He did an absolutely outstanding job. His shop is spotless and he is very easy to deal with. I used to be a customer of another local shop. But from now on he will get all my business. Let me start by saying I have a great deal of experience dealing with car stereo shops as i have never kept a stock stereo system in the 30 plus cars i have owed over the years. I have dealt with everything from ridiculous attempts to up sell unneeded work/components to stripped wires, screws and even tools left in car after installations. Bay Radio is a shining example of what a car stereo shop should be. Fernando is professional, knowledgeable and the work done on my car was top notch with no evidence left behind other than a great looking and sounding install. Cant say enough good things about Bay Radio and Alarm. Fernando installed a comprehensive alarm system for my Mercedes that came with alarm and dash cam components. With the alarm system he integrated a proximity sensor that creates a force field around the vehicle, and senses activity around the car without touching it. He meticulously took the time to adjust the proximity mechanism not to be overly sensitive to foot traffic, making this feature very efficient and effective. And his customer service is beyond reproach. He performed added attention to my alarm system, even coming to my residence, without added cost. Many businesses would be well served to follow Fernandos business ethics and services.

Recently Had an alarm installed on my car and it was the best decision I have ever made. Fernando installed it very quickly and works amazing and even connected to my trunk. My car keys broke after I dropped them constantly and needed an alarm so I don’t have to use my keys to open and close my car all the time.I highly recommend him, very professional, responsive and quick.

The scope of damages may be larger.So I was surprised and searched the black box on the internet.Difficult to install In Korea, car salespeople do everything...I searched the internet and the reviews of this company are impressive.So, I called and asked if I could install the black box if I purchase it separately online.did itSelect a product to be recorded front and rear, and tell a friend, and ask a friend about the cost of installing two units.Book and go install.seems ok
