In attentive crew. Macy’s and Sur La table didn’t carry the coffee maker I was looking for that’s why I went to this store, I almost left and would wanna order it via Amazon but because I was in the store anyways - that’s why I ended up buying from there. They had me carry the box without putting it in a plastic bag. I would understand if it’s a huge box, but it’s not . Crews looks bored and unhappy to help . Maybe they are all having a bad day . I not would not go back again .
Very bad service. I was blatantly lied about an item being final sale and not returnable. I dont know why! I went to another WS and they very happily took it. ( It was not on final sale )
Came in Wednesday morning we’re 2 ladies working no one said hi or approached us. I had questions so I left went to sur la table and bought my items there.
Nice store lots of inspiration
I was at this store in late September trying to return something I bought online. After waiting in line at the counter, Ann Marie was able to assist me. She told me that I couldn’t return this product in store and that I have to return it myself. She then hastily summoned the next person in line. I was disappointed and talked to my husband on my way out that I would have to go to the post office and we had to pay for the postage... At this time, a nice staff came to me at the exit and told me that I didn’t have to pay for return postage once I had the label. So I called their customer service and Arlene assisted me. She said that I could not return this item because Ann Marie had to correct something she did when I tried to return that day. I asked if Arlene could clear that matter with Ann Marie and then sent me the label. I waited for a week or so for Arlene to get back to me, it did not happen. I finally went back to the store to clear the problem and went online to get the label. Although I was not familiar with their policies, I think they need to improve their customer service because I am hesitant to buy anything from them on line now.
Nice higher end household items. We got the Breville sous chef w/ peeler etc. Ill update how well it works.

Really hard to get any valuable help in this store. I was looking at a coffee maker and could not remember the price once I got home (there was a sign with a sales price on it) so I called them and asked them to check the price, which seemed like a simple ask. However, the person who answered said, oh yeah i have one of those and I paid XX. I told her that there was a sign in front of the product with a different price and she just said we dont price match. ????? That was not even my question. I will be buying my coffee maker elsewhere.
Big prices but great selection and service.
Came into the store to see item vs online. Drove around an hour since there isnt one near me. Once I get there I see there isnt any staff on the floor for help at all.. everyone was on the phone behind the counter. I think everyone expects costumer service to be amazing here because of the high prices, however they just dont live up to the expectations.

Excellent quality at a fair price. The staff is wonderful, they even brought me a nice coffee! I like to check out the sale tables, sometimes the bargains are too good to pass up.
Great range of stuff
I ordered an organic turkey on-line for Thanksgiving. The turkey was delivered on time in a nice cool box. What a surprise turkey was uncooked. I saw on -line picture was cooked and looked nice. I did not realized or pay attention its uncooked. I have to spent several hours to bake it. And turkey has no taste and dry. I spent more than $100 on a ten ponds uncooked turkey. Tasted no different than any store bought. I thought Williams-Sonoma has better recipes, the turkey sure said all.
Best kitchen equipment and supplies I can find but the prices are hefty. Also make sure you know what the price is before you get to the register, Ive had to correct them but they seemed to give me a discount after I noticed this so it evened out.
I ordered a few items for a friend’s housewarming party and picked up in store. They had it wrapped and ready by the next day. When I went to pick up, I ended up buying a few more things and adding to the gift and they quickly wrapped it up for me. Love how clean and organized the store is and how helpful the employees are.
I found everything that I need for my thankgiving dinner.

Did some shopping here a few days before the final weekend leading up to Christmas. Place was packed. Had ordered a Le Creuset small Dutch oven for our daughter that was on sale on their website but was in stock and being fulfilled at the store. Too many customers, too few sales people. They all did as best they could to help everyone but we ended up feeling rushed. The reason for taking off a star was that I also wanted a simple mortar and pestle like one that I had purchased from WS years earlier; A porcelain, Milton Brooks, which was about 60 dollars. WS shows them online but no mention of them at the store. We were given a choice of over priced, overly large units that might be the rage in multi million dollar homes but not in our daughters apartment.

Standard WS experience, we went to look at cutlery selection and it was underwhelming in store. Also, purchase process of online goods from in-store is painfully slow (better to go home and buy online yourself than have an associate help you in the store).
This place is amazingly dangerous. But i love it.
