Love Broadway Eye works! This was the first place that ever did a proper eye exam for my husband and got him glasses that not only looked great on him but in the past year has improved his eyesight. Weve been to the two years in a row. We love the selection of designer frames. Weve gotten my Channel sunglasses with my prescription in them, as well as Prada reading glasses, Caviar Distance glasses and my husband has his Ray Ban work glasses, Armani Daily glasses.

The eye doctor was great. Sales people that were helping me with the frames were BAD. I actually never want to step foot in that place again and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else. The frames are an expensive purchase and become an extension of your face and i got turned off on the whole fame-selection experience. The girl helping me had an attitude like she couldnt be bothered. Too bad that a good and pleasant doctor cannot hire better help staff.

I have purchased as may as a dozen set of frames and lenses over the years and have to say they are the WORST customer service oriented company I think I ever dealt with. If you like some of the frames they carry, then go somewhere else to buy. They would not consider taking care of an expensive BEVEL titanium frame that the paint is chipping, because I did not purchase in the past year. How dumb can these people be as to not take care of a customer who has been doing business with them as long, even in the old location. Any sort of compensation would have been considered on my part....but NO....sticking to their policy. If I could give them a minus star I would.

Ive been going to Broadway eye works for years. Ive always received great service and they always make a good effort to accommodate me. Good selection and great staff. Ill continue to go for years to come.

I have to say - I honestly dont know if its the place thats only okay, or if my eyes are just so bad they are beyond help.I really like my Maui Jim sunglasses.No one here can adjust my glasses to properly fit my face, though. Im accustomed to dealing with professionals who have a knack for fitting frames to faces just by careful observation and manipulation of my glasses. I believe that is part of my vision problem - ill-fitting glasses!
