Definitely an uncomfortable shopping experience here. I went in with my 2yr old and right as we are entering the store we’re approached and asked what we were looking for then employee proceeded to follow us around the store. They were trying to be discreet but it was the same person every time literally standing in one spot just watching. Didn’t end up purchasing anything for this reason. Ugh

Theyre basically sold out of everything when I came by. Im sure during the peak season it was a good place to shop if you dont want to shop online.

Has a better selection than the concord store

Decent selection... if youre extremely skinny. If youre average or above average in size little to no outfits. Clown at the door was terrifying. We went in the evening several hours before closing. Saw about five workers ...all behind the counter talking only to each other the entire time. I work retail as well and understand the joys of down time but not once saying hello in about a thirty minute trip is overkill. Three stars only because Im pretty indifferent about the experience.

Went in to get a costume for my trip and the young ladies in there are so helpful, funny, and upbeat. I loved going in there!! Thanks for helping me ladies ❤

Okay so i went to spirit 3 days in a row and on the 2nd day the cashier asked if i wanted to round up to donate to children and i said “no, thank you:)” and they rounded me up anyways. i want my 5$ back please and thank you.

Many items and costumes even if you come a bit early before halloween. Employees are really friendly and the clothes and accessories are pretty good if you even if you wanna wear it normally. Wish there was more wigs and anime cosplay stuff. Overall a great place to buy costumes or even casual wear.
