I purchased a few products from this store over the years which really makes giving them 1 star a difficult task. However, I purchased a spin bike from them (california) and this thing was an absolute nightmare. I called multiple times about the adjusters not working well and even shot over emails that of course went unanswered. When I called for the last time I was told of course they dont even have that product anymore (of course not its a lemon), it would cost more to service than the $700 I paid for the bike, and that I could get a discount on other bikes. A DISCOUNT? So you want me to spend more money no thanks never again.

Prices are cheaper on the internet. They don’t have anything in stock. They order it and sell it to you for a higher price.

Nice folks. Fair pricing and apparently they price match.Also noted that one of the sales staff was really patient with an older bloke who was in there. She was taking the time to explain a lot of equipment basics while steering him to appropriate purchases for his needs.

I purchased a bench and a leg attachment. It took me almost a month to get it..should have bought direct..went to finally pick it up today..Im 60 with bad knees... two guys working they had to drag the box from the back and just leaned it on the front counter..didnt ask or even motion if I needed help..took it out to my car myself..nothing like great customer service from fitness 360..if youre old and want to try and change your body dont shop there

Purchased some rubber grip plates and an Olympic 7’ bar. Great prices and nice, knowledgeable staff. Great assortment of exercise equipment.

We had a really bad experience with their installation after getting some gym flooring for our home. What the salesperson told us wasnt consistent with what we got, and it ended up costing us a ton to get the flooring actually installed. Not a business I plan to deal with again.

I was told this store has a huge amount of fitness products, they werent lying. Check this place out and if they dont have it they can special order it for you.
