My husband ordered track for excavator come to find out the day it was to be delivered they called and said they may have sent wrong one. We had to go to fed ex check to see if wrong one which it was. They didnt try to figure it out we did. After was refused they would not send right one till they figured out where the right one went. Thats our fault? We were guaranteed a product by wednesday and still dont have . Good customer service??? Not. should have had right one sent out immediatly not 2 days later

Prompt service ! Extremely helpfull kept me informed throughout the shipping .sent a text and called to check on delivery could not ask for better service!
