Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful online selection of yarn! I ran across a Fashionknit ad online, and was a bit hesitant at first ordering yarn online being that Im not based in California. Im constantly on the hunt for great quality yarn, so took a chance and ordered a Classic Elite Yarn and now Im so happy I found this gem with such an amazing selection yarns that I can order without even leaving my house!

Great selection of yarns! John is super friendly and knows a lot about knitting. He helped me pair different colors of yarn for an heirloom project.

9/16/15Stopped in here with my husband so that he could look at yarn for his crochet projects. He recently learned to crochet and he is pretty amazing. He asked the sales clerk about finding a yarn that was a little less sticky on itself.The woman working was very nice and showed him some natural fiber yarns. It wasnt until he saw the $13 price tag on each of them at the counter that he decided not to purchase them, but the woman was still very patient and friendly.They sell a variety of types/sizes of yarn, as well as other items like rabbit fur! It may be a little more expensive than a large store like Joanns (where well probably eventually buy more yarn for him), but its nice to have small store feel and service. They also offer classes!

Wonderful selection of yarns, many hand-painted with extremely beautiful and tasteful colorways. This is not the shop to come to if youre looking for lower-quality yarns. Rather, its a place to find something really special for your hand-knit or crocheted projects. The owner was very helpful and fun to chat with, as well as enthusiastic.Drop by and you can work in a visit to Peets, Kinders, and maybe Sports Basement as well!
