Wonderful store! I found shoes that were actually WWs! The only downside..they dont have a prominent sign, and theres no directory at the shopping plaza took 10 minutes to find the store.
Customer service was very poor. We we set to buy a replacement pair of 200.00 shoes. We ended up not purchasing anything.
Terrible customer service,Dont waist your time here,buy your ECCO from Nordstrom or even Macys they stand behind their product.The ecco store is franchised each individually owned and they do not offer legitimate returns or if you have issues with your product.Had a brand new ECCO worn ones which was giving me blisters, i took it back to them for exchange they refused because i didnt have my receipt.This never happens in legitimate retail store.Buyer beware buying from this place.
