Peter was great and very patient! I was having one of those mom mornings where I was debating my life choices. He went above and beyond and made the experience pleasant even when I needed to be redirected to USPS to return some items. Thnx for the customer service Peter!
I was very disappointed when they told me the last peck up happened 30 minutes before 5pm.The last pickup for east coast is 5pm but the driver left the store 30 minutes early on 11.8.21You cant play with people like this.
This is a very large Fed ex office. They had everything lots of good shopping items and sales. There was a very friendly staff there when I went there but I did overhear them say the day before they were short staffed and were busy for a straight two hours. I think if you ever have to wait in line at one of these places you should give the employees credit as they seemed very concerned about how long the wait times were and about their customers sometimes you can’t do anything about being short staffed especially in this horrible flu season that were in. I definitely would come back I love the convenience of it and everything they have to offer a lot of the fedex offices do not have nearly as much as they do.
This is my go to for printing and shipping. The service is always friendly and prompt. Joey is exceptional and provides me with exceptional help a few days ago. I highly recommend this location.
FedEx has been nothing but helpful and quick for our small business - were proud to say we use this store for everything! The staff here are consistently kind, quick to explain and help, and efficient at whay they do. Thank you!
Horrible!!!I went in on 12/24/19 to print pictures. The machine took a long time to print photos, which is no ones fault, just the way the printer is. However, during the middle of printing, the computer stated that there was an error and to contact an employee. I spoke to an employee, lets call him S. S was unsure of why there was an error. I asked if I could get a refund for the pictures that didnt print, he said he could after the computer rebooted. I waited a few minutes and received my refund. He then let me know that I could try again on the same computer or try a different one. I looked at the only other option, and that computer was restarting, so I went back to the first computer. The error message popped up again! S was not around so I spoke to the other employee, a woman, and she said that the machine was broken and she doesnt know why S told me try again. I asked for a refund again, and she checked my card saying that there was no charge, and turned off the computer. At this time another employee, lets call him T, asked if the printer may have just run out of paper. He looks, and behold, the printer is just out of paper!!!!!!!!!!!! I look at the woman and she conveniently says nothing and walks away like a coward. I let T know that I am done with this place, and I want my refund. Because something that the woman didnt do, was restart the computer to show the amount paid, she just turned it off. SO if I didnt push for a refund, than I would have been charged without receiving my pictures!!! This woman didnt apologize or anything! She just went and hid in the back!!!! I was there from about 8am to 9am on 12/24/19. I am hoping corporate sees this and actually does something. But I doubt it because they are probably just as lazy and cowardice, like their employee.The employees do not work with each other at all, so the customers suffer for this.I had to push for a refund, because the female employee did not bother to properly do her job. So this place will steal your money if you dont advocate for yourself.

8.7.2020 - 5 starsI shouldve updated this months ago. The staff here go above and beyond any other FedEx location in the area. They are kind and helpful and acknowledge you when you come and go. Im in here a few times a week and theyd probably recognize me if I didnt always have a covid mask on, but right now, they still treat me like a number #1 customer, every time I drop off docs and need a receipt. Plus: their shelves with the envelopes and supplies are always fully stocked, so you dont have to wait around or ask for assistance just to get a few documents mailed (unlike the Concord location). Great staff and convenient location.9/13/15 - 4 starI really like this FedEx print center location in downtown Walnut Creek. Its not far off the freeway and they have a private parking lot so its pretty convenient to get in and out of. The staff are very nice and helpful; they assist with shipping needs as well as simpler copy and scanning tasks. You can even email them the items you need printed or created. There are also lots of little spaces to work privately or in a group.This store leaves no excuse to not pick up a cute little gift for that long-distance person on your mind. Good selection of cards and other small items. Today we saw a mini speaker that hooks up to your phone for less than $4, and a bigger, collapsible blue-tooth speaker for about $15. Cute gift ideas! Get one of the friendly workers here to help you ship it off!
Great service. I wanted to laminate my book. Katie was helpful. She told me the price up front. It was affordable. And they are open till midnight. That was so cool. Thanks Fed Ex!!!
Clean, efficient, self-service copy/print machines easy to use. Small selection of office supplies, cards, and business-related books. They have been able to help me out with all my copying & printing/binding projects!
Okay so these stands for printing are good idea, but they need to actually work! Waiting for 15 to print a single page is not cool! That picture on the image was on entire time. And then it was like: are you still there? - like it was trying to go into sleeping mode instead of printing things for me.Its hard to imagine better way to piss people off with just software.
At first one of the employees here was very kind and laid out the options for my photo project, upon returning the following week to print my photos for my project the same employee game me completely different information that negated everything she said previously. She left me confused and feeling like continuing business there was impossible. I had to travel to martinez to find a printing service that would actually help me. In the end I dont think the employees there knew what they were doing.
They say they lock 5 before closing but were locked at 7:53 anyway>:(
I have been dropping packages off at this location before 5:00 for the past few weeks. Consistently they delay the package 1 day. These are supposed to be overnight packages. Shame on you FedEx.

So I go in on Sunday afternoon, make the trip from Concord on a busy Christmas shopping day, my order is ready, I can see it right there, the only guy working starts yelling at me, Sir, you cant be back there! He comes over and gets in my face. No signage Employees only beyond this point it was not even 2 feet away from me. I asked him if he was the only one working, he said yes, I said No wonder youre so grumpy, I asked to see my order while I waited to pay for it he didnt even bother to answer me. I had to leave before I took it any further. I will come back only to get my order, after I call them to do it as ordered, I could see that they didnt do as I had asked.....* Update, went back in and smoothed things over, poor guy was dealing with all the promises the staff made on Saturday and one of those people no showed, thanks Tony and Cassandra, she did the grommets as I waited

FRAUDSTERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!The staff overcharged my grandma $350 for a small item to be shipped to the UK and completely misrepresented and mislead her the fedex service. The item was NOT delivered on the date promised despite her paying a significant $350 (which I’ve never even heard of in my entire life for a tiny parcel).They are a complete scam and took the fact that she doesn’t speak English well for granted. Nikhil and the awful so called manager need to be reported as they are complete crooks!! If you walk in expect to be charged whatever amount they want as the prices they charge aren’t the fedex prices, it is their prices they’ve chosen which they determine depending on whether they think they can make money out of you or not.Further action will be taken and I will be reporting these crooks to fedex and also be filing a claim against them. AVOID, AVOID. SHUT THEM DOWN!

If their machines were working, and they had adequate staff to assist you that would be amazingly convenient. However if you’re in a pinch don’t bother
I ship here a lot and thy nickel and and dine you. I just needed a small amount of paper the size of my fist and they wanted $3.99... give me a break.

Showed up at 8:50 on a Saturday. Two other people showed up same time but they had closed early. Other person needed to pick up a package and the employee just stood in the doorway shrugging his shoulders saying they were closed. Complete incompetence. Not going back to a place where they have total disregard for paying customers.
