Horrible service!! I was told they will give me credit for my own devices, and they never did. It’s been over four months and I still can’t get and answer as to why. All manager says is “oh its going to take some time” do not recommend.
Verizon always takes long and this visit was no different. There were two employees visible in the store and already two sets of customers being assisted upon my arrival. Nevertheless, this was greeted when entering the store and given a cup of water by one of store associates while conducting my business. I was wished farewell when leaving.
Originally went into to activate my new iPhone 12 pro and ended up leaving with a new case and screen protector. Literally super quick and easy. Diane was so helpful, she even went the extra mile to clean my phone and carefully put on my screen protector. Which I was so grateful for because I have the hardest time doing it and I always end up with air bubbles.
This store is a fraud, they tell you everything you want to hear just to purchase with them and as soon a you walk out the door they dont keep their word and just with a sorry, it was a my bad they think they can fix everything.The worst thing is that it was the manager Julio and his assistant.

Worst store to go! If you want to pay extra fees and have money for nonrefundable store only bundle fees then yes! go here!They added a total of $150+ worth of accessories to our bill saying it was included turns out it was not! Plus they wont refund you their over priced accessories. If you try to cancel they want to charge you for their horrible service and wont take their things back. They wont let you buy the phone you need without adding an extra $150+ per phone for unwanted accessories!Worst service ever! You will be better off going to a corporate and pay for what you actually want.Lies! Lies! And all lies!Si quiere pagar $150+ por accessorios entonces venga a aqui! Si quiere regresar algo no le dan el dinero para atras. No te cancelan si no les pagas por su trabajo que no deberian de cobrar.Terrible el servicio ! My boyfriend and I wanted to switch to Verizon and it was a big problem because the representative of this store said that he can not have us the SIM cards that he can not simply gave us our order. Horrible service!! I call to customer service again and they said that I can pick up my sims card at this location but JULIO the representative a this store location keeps giving me fake information. There are a few times in my life where my visits to a Verizon location have been smooth and simple.However!!!Im glad to say that my mother and I were assisted with our trade-ins and new purchases with great efficiency. The manager on site was Brenda she helped make my check out process quick and efficient. An employee named Andrew also gave me a great suggestion for a new speaker, I walked out with that added to my bags too.P.s.I also noticed both employees had great smiles and greeted all the other patrons that walked in. The location was clean, organized and well stocked.:D

I was in store for more that a hour trying to get 2 new watch ⌚ got Amber to help me but she didnt done anything for me n them her manager Julio try to help me n he said that he going to take more that 30 mins bus he need to start again... I got mad and canceled everything 😤

I have a really bad experience at the store I went to get a prepaid phone but at the end I got a phone with no contract but still paying for the phone because the guy said if I get it tha way they will get me a promotion at the end it wasnt how he explained when I came back the manager told me he couldnt help me because he didnt know what that other guy told. They told me my bill was going to be $65. 😡 the first month I paid $130. The second $270. The third $85. After that I just paid the phone $480. Not worth it but I dont want to know anything more about them.Dont go to the store because they are not Verizon employees they work for comission (thats what a customer service employee said)

This shop is the best in town, theyre friendly and help you out as much as they could! Break things down for you and meet you half way as if they were the costumers! Friendly staff, and I would only recommend this location.

Just went here today, the girl behind the counter asked for my social and I thought nothing of it because I had a previous account with them before and I thought this was how they look up their customers. Instead she ran my credit WITHOUT ASKING ME and when I said I wanted to do prepaid she said I would have to go directly to the apple store and buy the phone I wanted and then come back to their store for the prepaid service which is a complete LIE, Verizon offers prepaid devices and services on their online website. But she says I was approved she didnt know how much exactly a down payment I would have to do but she would look it up and let me know. Then she says the system is taking a while to load and shell let me know the cost as soon as its up again. Then all of a sudden shes callibg some kind of support team regarding my approval for credit. And then out of nowhere they say I have to verify my identity to be approved by emailing my ID which the associate already had and my social and a bill to their department for fraud.I email the info then call customer service and they didnt approve me.
The plaza is kind of crazy but i had a pleasant experience at this verizon store. I got a better deal than what i was offered at the store in the mall. The employees were friendly and funny and made the experience great. If you stop by ask for the little guy turis he was a joy to work with.

This place should be closed down. The customer Repp Named Lizette has no idea what shes doing she gave me an offer of $10 a month for another line I opened to get the S3 at a cheaper price than since I already have an unlimited 4G plan of unlimited the new line had to be combine with the one I had but I was told and pointed out in the paper work of only paying $20 and by the time my bill came it was over 50 for the other line which is a plain brick flip phone that only had unlimited calls in which I only used three times. The Manager there really doesnt care about its customers he didnt help me whatsoever with the error his worker made and tried having me pay for 4G plan on a phone that isnt even 1G its an old brick phone black and white screen. If you have any issues please report them to Verizon Wireless Tech support. The manager at that retail store said Verizon cant help me, that is false which is why I submitted a report to have them investigated. They will trick you dont trust any of them especially its supposedly Repp.
The sales rep that helped me with my account was very helpfull and answered all of my questions. They spent their time explaining everything on my plan and even how to use my new phone. I will definetly be back!
Un trained staff, had a problem, and store manager was of no help. Tried to speak with her regional manager, and the guy did not reply to emails.If you go to the store, make sure to check everything before walking out of the store.

This is the worst verizon store you can go to. First starting off with the Assistant manager named Adrian. I will never in my life go back to this store. He is a liar, he doesnt explain what you are paying for and on top of that he doesnt give you a reciept because he doesnt want you to know what your getting charged for. Three days later I go to get a refund and then he finally shows me my reciept and explains what I really paid for. On top of that he took everything back, the phone the accesories and told me to come back on monday to get my money back and when I went back on monday turns out they told me to come back again tuesday to get my refund and on tuesday they were still giving me a hard time on refunding my money. Point is this is the worst experience I ever had with verizon and I dont recommend anyone to go into this store and this was done by the AM managing the store!

Be very careful when you purchase from this retailer. READ the contract. You might be overly excited to go home with a brand spankin new phone and ignore important parts. You will notice they make you initial on conditions no returns or exchanges Specifically the iphone.I bought an iphone from them 2 days ago, the phone crapped out, I went back to see what could be done. They will NOT help you, they will tell you to take it to an apple store.Every retailer is different. Verizon has a 14 day return policy that WILL be honored by most retailers. Unless of course they have terms stating they will not. This store seems to have a go around being honest and helpful. And they use their contract to do this.I would stay away from this retailer. And if you choose to come here. Ask for the contract before you even beginning shopping around. When theyre ready to ring you up, they will not explain the contract, just ask you to initial. ASK them to explain. If you do not like the terms, just walk away.

The worst service I have ever experienced. You cant buy a phone without adding unnecessary accessories. The person that attended me said they all come in the price bundled. This is false! I called Verizon and they made Andrew take the accessories back because this is against company policy. Everyone is allowed to buy a phone without adding accessories. Also, they can’t charge you for returning accessories if you ask for a refund within 2 weeks of purchase.Do not fall for this scam! If this happens to you call Verizon.In this store they abuse you, they attach accessories and say they are included in the package. But it is not true, they are listed separately. They can buy the phone without accessories. If you dont want to sell it alone then go to another store that is a Verizon corporation. If this happens, call Verizon to have the accessories returned. Return of accessories is always free within 14 days of purchase.
