This particular Michaels has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the evening my shopper was there, I was told the store was not as stocked as in past visits. I had someone shopping for me as I recently had surgery and she was using my car. I also looked online to see if the item was available at this Michaels and it was not.

I love going to this Michaels. Friendly cashiers and a really big parking lot. I believe curbside pickup is available here.

Had a really great experience today. Was looking for help with paint. They gave me great advise and we talked about Guitar paints etc. She new exactly what I was attempting to do, and gave me a few great tips. It was refreshing to get that level of service. Thanks Team!

They had lots of stuff, but didnt have what I was looking for... Heat transfer paper for a laser jet printer. The employee was willing to help but not very knowledgeable.

This is a really nice Michaels. Its newer and more modern. Its always stocked very well. Has everything for whatever crafts youre into. Has supplies for jewelry making,scrapbooking, painting, papercrafting, knitting and crochet, floral designs, cake decorating etc.

First of all let me say I love Michaels !!! Love the yarn and the value. And the wide variety of choices in every department. This Michaels is very clean and neat.However on Friday morning at 11:10 AM 12/11/20 the line was 12 people deep . The associate that was waiting on customers didnt call for back up and there were 2 other associates chatting at the door in clear view of the line and when I asked them about helping, one informed me that he was waiting for a manager and the other one was counting people coming in the door. I understand that a customer count is important to help keep us safe during this time. But maybe the public would be better served by being able to get us out of the store in a more timely fashion. Just a thought.

I placed an order today believing their website that this location was offering curbside pick up. But upon receiving my confirmation that my items are ready to be picked up, the email tells me that the item has to be picked up in store. To top this of, this Michael location had no designated area to get my online order. I had to fall in line at the cashier with everyone shopping in the store. This is very concerning on my part because I have underlying condition I wanted to get my items the safest was possible.

My Favorite Michaes so far....the store has tons of cute seasonal home decor plus all of the DYI materials you need for ANY project. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are fairly clean (I have a 6 yr old so knowing bathroom locations is key) .

This is for Michaels online, my wife ordered a Christmas tree to get it early. We never received it called customer service and order was “lost” in shipment. We just wanted a refund and since it is over $100 we have to be transferred to a higher level and twice have been put on hold for over 30 minutes. Currently I’ve been on the line with them for an hour. I will just file a claim thru PayPal and never deal with Michaels online, that makes me sad because we love going to the store.

I give up on this Michaels. Rude, indifferent, unhelpful staff. I go to Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Joannes or shop on line.

This is a great place to go shopping for yarn and all crafts I love this place. Now that times are really rough be very careful what and how you order on line because they will make a big mistake and do nothing about correcting it. They will tell you that you have to wait until the stores open if they do even if it is for an equal exchange.

The merchandise seems picked-over at this location and not quite as organized as other Michaels facilities. Staffing is thin - - I walked through 3/4 of the store to find an employee to answer my question. And when I went to get in their check-out line I was waiting behind 14 other customers - that sort of line makes me wonder if I should bother to wait or just abandon my purchase and go home.

It is mostly a craft place. It is good if you are into doing things hands on..

Its a great place to get all of the things you need for those projects that you want to do but didnt know you could do them yourself. Prices arent too bad and they have lots of sales items. They also have unique items for every crafter or teacher.

My wife is the quilter but there is always stuff for us who dont sew to want. Service is always friendly, but if you need assistance finding something just go to front, and ask. Its faster than looking for help.

I know it is an uniquespot for hobbyists. I needed Bonsai training wire, so I went there andfound them.Thanks that saved my time.

Came to this location because the one by my house stopped selling the decorative boxes. Clean location. They had many different boxes to choose from and the cashier was super friendly. I wish this location was my local Michaels.

Friendly employees, clean store. I have been to this store many times and I have Always had a pleasant experience. Anytime I cant find what Im looking for they will call or look for other locations close that might have the items Im looking for . There is Always a Happy Energy in the store . Even during the holidays when the lines were Ridiculously long, everybody in the store kept their cool, even the customers . I repair power tools and do some handy man / construction/ . I find lots of stuff that is useful in my work, (interior design, floral, frames, military memorials, flag displays ).I will continue to shop at Micheal .I am currently working on two jobs job#1 wants a Yoga/Meditation room and #2 wants a large playroom for her small kids .

Its alright. Miss the one in Rowland cuz this one never has as much promos or deals. They also have very limited stock for such a huge place. And theres no workers besides 1 cashier so you cant really ask for help. Also they close at 9, an hour earlier than every other Ive been to.

Its a newer Store and is really nice and big and good selection of Merchandise the only problem I have with that store and in the La Verne is their Flower Designers they are horrible and way overpriced. I added up what was on the Wreath and it was less then $ 50.00 and they charged $ 118 and up, and with 60% off you get what they used and they where still horrible. I used to wk for them for 8 yrs and used to do all the Bows did the Christmas Decorations so I bought what I NEEDED TO MAKE A WREATH WHICH COST ME $ 25.00 AND GAVE IT TO MY Neighbor who was in aww . She said you need to go and show them how to make Wreaths. No thanks 🌲🌲🤐
