Got my Tesla Model 3 tinted at this place. They did a good job. With the ceramic tint, the temperature in the car under the sun is 101 Fahrenheit, much lower than without the tint 144 Fahrenheit. I would highly recommend this place. This is my third car tinted here.

Everything was fine, and we got a quote for the Tesla Model 3 Ceramic Tint and it was $550,150 dollars less than the other places I checked out. Quite a good deal. All four windows were tinted and also the one piece rear window, coming up above the rear seat, sixty inches in length. It came out nicely, except there is a tiny ledge on the window that is not tinted, about one millimeter in width, running down the length of all the windows except the rear one. However, you cant see it from inside the car. Also, the day I got it, there is a light mark/fog on the film, but that happens with every tint and it usually fades after a few days. Overall, everything went fine, and I will edit this post after a few weeks. So far, I would recommend this tinting shop

I had my Accord tinted here, and the employees were friendly. The old bubbled tint films were removed, and the works of new window tint were nicely done. Good job.

Just called and the guy who answered said that I had just called 10 mins ago, which I didnt but that is besides the point. He hung up on me, that is not good customer service. Take that in consideration when we have so many other choices! Poor attitude and bad service. That says a lot to me in a business.

So I called the shop and owner answered. I requested a quote for window tint on my vehicle and it was very reasonable so I took the drive out there from Hacienda Heights. Once I got their he gave me a different price and said that I mis interpreted his price. Thats BS, he was very clear over the phone. He just gives good prices over the phone to get you to drive there then he nails you in the but. Not cool at all, especially coming from the owner. Save some stress and go somewhere else.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. I came here as an honest customer, paid for a 100% effort received maybe a 50% effort, and they blamed everything on my car. I wasted my time, money, and faith because of how much I regret bringing my 2010 Volkswagen Beetle here. I was not warned until after the fact, when it looked HORRIBLE, that this was something to be EXPECTED. It’s pointless negotiating the fact that I was conned into paying for a bad tint job because it’s my own car’s fault because they clearly do not have to skill to tint my car in the first place. After blaming my car over and over again, they offered me nothing to fix the horrible mess they created by tinting over the circles. Not only was the circles a main issue but also the fact that there were BUBBLES (what they say is “IMPERFECTIONS”) all over my back window, for all I know they probably wouldn’t have redone my back window a second time even under warranty. When I brought it back the second time I was forced to go with a lighter tint in the back hoping to conceal THEIR MISTAKES, which made the tint in the back lighter than the sides. Then they refused to provide me with any more service on my side windows, though my back was lighter than the sides, which I was forced to do because the back was completely their fault. The owner quote for quote wanted me to bet money that I should go elsewhere to find a better tint job because I was “WASTING HIS TIME”, is clear evidence of their exceedingly poor customer service and service quality. What they did to my car is by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received.

Please go somewhere else. I tried to explain my side of the problem but they refused to even listen. I will be contacting the better business bureau today to file my grievance.

Worker damaged the leather seat on our brand new car with less than 100 miles. Unsteady if admitting to the wrong, the straight up lied and denied everything. They offered to repair the 13k leather seat with their own car which cost $150 instead of considering our recommendation, which is a guy that actually had experience with the same model car for only $100 more. They thought we wanted to make money off the repair and basically told us to accept their repair or go screw ourselves. Simply the worse experience ever and horrible attitude with no respect to their customers at all.

Came to get our windows tinted and got the high quality tint. We got told if anything ever happened to the tint or they faded after time we could just come with receipt and they would change it for us. Tint started to peel on ITS OWN! Went to the store told them the problem. The OWNER had a REALLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE!! THREW MY RECEIPT IN MY CAR! Said we damaged it with our seat belt. Ive had tint on other cars and never did the tint get damaged because of a seat belt . he said we werent being honest. Calling us liars.. Keep in mind I live far, why would I drive back waste my time and gas if I was lieing ..he Walked away from us while we were talking to him!! AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
