They took the time out of their week, to fix my semi when they could have said no. They even got it fixed being short staffed that week. I gotta say Im impressed with the service that was delivered. They did a good job fixing it so that I could make it back to Wisconsin. Only thing that was kind of irritating, was the parking lot is only meant for straight trucks and bobtail trucks. You can swing around the back to drop your trailer, before service, but expect a 30 point turn to get enough swing to get out of the back parking area.

I wanted to give a extra thank you Eric Stafford in the service department. Long and short, I called the other day to request some service work that was done on one of the trucks 7 years ago, to pass off the new owner. Though, the dealership went through a transition and dont keep records that long...Eric informed me, if I passed off my information he would, get back to me...I assumed I would never hear back from him because that, customer service these days. About 15 minutes later I see an email with all the records he dug up and sent. I personally gave him a thank you call. Above and beyond for an old service customer.Much appreciated!
If I could give zero stars I would. I made an apt. over a week before drop off. Truck sat for 2-3 days before looking at the truck. The list goes on and on too many issues to even waste typing out.

Our RV was towed here because it was the nearest place to have repairs done. What a mistake. I can’t even count the number excuses we were given as to why they could not look at our RV let alone fix it. Good thing you guys get mostly corporate accounts by the look of your property. If you had to earn business based on your service you would have any. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Other than the waiting for parts to arrive they did an amazing job highly recommend

Pete and the Body Shop crew have done a number of repairs for me and my company. I am VERY impressed with the quality of work, and the turn-around time is very minimal. I cant say enough great things about them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone ! Hats off to the Minute Man Body Shop.
Called to see if they could do an OIL CHANGE on my truck and they said come on in, earlier the better. Was there 20 minutes later. After waiting 2.5 hours I checked on status of the truck and was told it would be half hour. I said ok. 1.5 hours later I asked again calmly and was told it was done but needed to be taken for a test drive. 30 minutes later and my oil has been changed. 4.5 hours for an oil change Go to Rodman Ford down the street, much better and faster service

Was there on 09.01.15 with International pro Star had codes from emissions control sys with limited power. The tech diagnosed codes, calibrated ECM and canceled the codes did a road test and took the time to explain the procedure. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Time in 7am, time finished 8.45 am! Thanks Karl

Was looking for a U Joint retainer clip after the tow truck driver smashed one of mine flat with hammer. I had been to a dozen supply houses and nobody could seem to find the right numbers, or were interested in trying to cross it over to another make/model vehicle. The man at the counter really went above and beyond the call of duty, crossing things left and right, and was able to find this clip that nobody else seemed capable of doing. He knew what he was doing and was able to locate the part by finding a similar U joint from a modern vehicle, and then finding the clips for that vehicle. Went together perfectly on truck and Im back on the road thanks to the research and diligence of the parts salesman. Prices were spot on what I expected. Im not a review writer usually but this guy really impressed me with his ability to track down something a dozen other stores just could not figure out.

Parts department is pretty bad. Theres one guy that can do his job and the other can barely, very rude and doesnt pay attention to orders.

The staff are rude maybe you should eat your lunch away from the desk and then you wouldnt be so rude. Plus its not very appealing to see you eating
I have an old friend that always liked minuteman for his wreckers and ramptruck repairs,well I bought a new to me 2015 31K mile durastar ramptruck in PA and she didnt make it all the way home but almost,Im in NH.Dealers here told me at least a month before they can even look at it!! I just paid 80k for this truck and was pretty sick to my stomach over it.Minuteman took me right in,I had to get it towed there,they did the emissions problem under warranty and looked at my steering and brake concerns while they had it there and gave the truck a good lookover.I never heard of a pitman arm wearing but they proved to me it is so,they saved me the old part,steering is TIGHT now and no more clunking the bores were worn out from hard city driving.Brakes are great now I have FMCSA certification, price was worth what was done to the truck and for what it needed they got it done pretty quick they earned all my future business.They kept in good communication Derick the service manager and Dave the service writer and the shop foreman took care of my little concerns that most places wouldnt have even bothered to do such as getting me a DFE relay box cover that I noticed someone prior had broken a tab on and swapping out my air brake knob only for the reason that the lettering was worn off but I like my things top shelf.So Thumbs up thank you and you have earned my future business
Service Dept. If you have a fire truck and an blank check from a town budget, and dont need it soon this is the place to go. If you are a business owner looking for efficient quality service dont bother you will be sorry. The quality of work has been very good there mechanics have always done a good job. However the scheduling and time frames given change moment to moment so just be prepared to drop of and leave indefinitly and pay a lot.Sales Dept. Have only purchased one truck from them and the salesman was very good truck was as promised very smooth transaction. Recomend giving them a chance for truck quote just dont expect good service after sale.Parts Dept over last 8 years has been very good and efficient and I will continue to use in the future highly recomend verses reguler ford dealers.
The prices on International parts are double what you can get them anywhere else one of those salesmen in the parts shop attitude sucks if you dont like your job get a new one there was no place to put a minus one on the stars
