This is the second time that I have used Innovative Auto Glass. Both Karla and Dave were fantastic to work with. Even though there is currently a shortage of car parts, both Dave and Karla were able to find a specialized windshield for my Range Rover Velar. Dave is detailed and thorough in his work, and Karla is competent, diligent, and nice.

Cannot say enough good things about Innovative Auto Glass. They absolutely blew me away with their quality of work, excellent customer service, and quick timeline.Not only did they deliver on all of these fronts, but they also took the initiative to advocate for me to my car insurance when they felt that Geico mislabeled my claim. They came highly recommended from friends and they are the auto glass installer of choice for my local Volkswagen dealership. If I ever need auto glass work again, they will be my no question first stop! Highly recommend!

Great people to work with. Karla was super responsive over text message, and Dave was able to replace a part in my sunroof for over $1000 less than other shops in the area. Dave showed up early to the appointment and finished in less time than he quoted. I will be using Dave and Karlas business in the future if needed!

As a small business, we feel that it is our duty to give credit when credit is due! These guys are absolutely amazing! From the first phone call right down to the installation, We were thrilled! We had a very unique situation with our service vehicle. The back window had been cracked by a loose piece of track. It was impossible for them to replace it with the ladder racks in the way. So, because they couldn’t replace it the same day until we got the racks off, they sent us down to Walpole body shop. They had the guys down there put a temporary plastic cover in the window, free of charge! I was amazed by the way they cared for our situation. A day later, they came out and installed the window, with no problems whatsoever! These guys are friendly, courteous, and truly watch out for their customers! They are the prime example of a superb local business and a reminder on how important it is to support them, as they assist us. Of course you have these big box Companies out there But, these guys truly have your best interest at heart. I loved working with them and would recommend them anytime anywhere! Great job guys! I was nervous about having my windshield replaced, having heard horror stories about sloppy work and leaks, but the crack was getting larger by the day... Let me tell you - the replacement looks like it was Factory Installed! Dave does a great job. I used him approximately 6-8 months ago and he did a great job. Showed up right when he said he would, and came right to my work. Couldnt have been more convenient!I would recommend him without hesitation.
