Have Been going there for years when the previous owner Steve was there. There is an older gentlemen who works there (you know who Im talking about) whos been there with the original owner who is extremely rude, always has been. . I also agree I had an incident where this man would not honor the price I told him was on the sign. He just looked at me and told me the higher price so I walked back got the sticker and asked if I was wrong. He took the sticker flung it on the shelf behind him and gave me the lower price. He had an attitude thereafter because I was right and he was not.

Love this place!!!! Its the friendlist liqour store ive found here in massachusettes i just moved from california and the customer service in this liqour store is much like californias stores ....chill...lax and comfortableAlot of liqour stores here in Massachusetts are uptight serious and almost foreboding...why? Not sure but i almost avoid the package stores when i cant get to this one. Im very loyal lol! Ha! Also good prices ....convient location...always friendly staff !

Best selection of Whiskey, Bourbon and Craft Beer and great prices also, the only downside of this place is the the younger people that work here, they have terrible customer service and have been observed to be rude to customers for no reason. The owners have been great, hope they can get better hires soon!

A little higher priced and a smaller selection than many of the other package stores in town. They do seem to have a vast wine selection though and one of the only local places I know of to get home beer brewing ingredients.

I called this store from Texas inquiring about some top-shelf tequila only to be hung up on twice because the employee thought I was some type of solicitor. Didnt even listen to anything I had to say; just refused to talk to me. Your customer service SUCKS!

Huge store with plenty of selection

Steve and Pam are the best! They provide personalized recommendations and really listen to what you are looking for. Meal pairings, parties, gift baskets --- I go to them for it all, they know their stuff and have learned our palate!! I just have to tell hem my price range and Steve provides a variety allowing us to explore new wines all the time. Highly recommend Walpole Wine & Spirits on rt1A in Walpole!!

I had the audacity of arriving ten minutes AFTER the store opened, only to have the door slammed shut in my face and the proprietor rudely yelling at me to come back later. No thanks, I will go to a store that is actually open when it is supposed to be.
