Horrible! Go elsewhere! The salespeople are very nice & they sell good products (why they get 2 stars & not 1), unfortunately they are very disorganized, it took forever to get an estimate and installation date, they dont always show up when they say they will, the installation was a disappointment, and they simply dont do what they say they will. Its been over three weeks since my installation was suppose to be finished. Still not right. I give up. Im having someone else finish the work. Save yourself a ton of aggravation and wasted time and go elsewhere!!!

These guys were very helpful throughout the process. They helped us in decision making by providing a lot of information about the hardwood floors and also gave tips on how to install them.

Awful place to deal with. They never put in a request to have my floor measured so no one showed up for more than a week until I called the store and asked why no one had come by. Then, after the guy finally came to measure the floor, it took more than two weeks to get an estimate. I finally got one after numerous phone calls --- and numerous excuses from Payless employees (the estimator is sick, it was just a perfect storm of errors etc, etc). Funny but other flooring companies gave me an estimate within two days.In all, this whole process stretched over nearly five weeks -- so not only did it waste my time, it also wasted the time of their employee who came out to do the measuring and the person who FINALLY did the estimate.On the bright side, I found another flooring company nearby that carried the same product at a cheaper price. In the end -- because PaylessFloors couldnt get its act together -- they lost a $10,000 job.If you want to waste five weeks of your life, give them a call. If not, its probably better to look elsewhere when you need flooring.
