It is a Walmart and like everyone that I have been in the last few months the shelf’s are empty and the service is not that great. The best part of this location like many is the self checkout. I mean they have everything you need usually but they definitely don’t look as neat and clean as they use to and the service is not as good as well. We stood at the deli for 5 minutes before someone came out and they did not even say something. My wife had to ask if they are still open

A massive store, which shouldn’t come as a surprise, very well organized and good selection of products to choose from.This store has all your shopping needs covered from fresh produce to frozen foods, dairy to meats, pet supplies, furniture and home improvement, the list goes on. I went to this store to get some meat, dairy products and frozen berries.One pro tip: if you cannot find a particular product and there’s no one around to help you, you can download their Walmart app from the App Store and select this store as your default and search for the item. It will display the item at the particular aisle and that comes in handy.The service this store offers is great. You’ll always find a store rep nearby to help you with your needs. The sanitation during this unprecedented pandemic is very well taken care of. All the employees have gloves/ masks on them the whole time, the shopping carts are sanitized after use and the store has a strict mask on policy.Overall, I was happy with this store and their service.

Big super store. Plenty of parking . Need more cashiers! Dont pay customers to do own groceries

I am a Walmart fan. Cranston Walmart is popular and seems to always be out of stock of the items I am shopping for.

It is Walmart. They offer essential stuffs with cheap price, fruit is fresh and price ia affordable. Quality is not as you want but it is Walmart. Check-out is always crowded. Buying online and pickup instore is usually a pain.

High Security. Been to about thirty Walmarts over the years and even worked at one, but I half-expected them to pull out a metal-detecting wand. All I bought was a hat and a candle. No good sales this week. Prices are better than Amazon, if you feel like being your own delivery.

Some employees not eager to help.except this guy Aires (I made sure to get his name) He went out his way to help me,and had a great attitude. He was the only one that seemed to know the layout where everything was located.The lines at register always long .Most of the time Ive been here theres only one cashier open, and the line at self checkout Is always backed up.I was told by an employee that theyre short on personnel.

Dont order any large items to pick up. As staff do not want to bother. Had to cancel my prepaid online order for my 65lb item. And go get it myself with my two year-old, in store with a shopping cart. Struggling all the way. Youre fine if you can get everything yourself and check out. But if u need any kind of customer service youre on youre own.

I have gone to a lot of Wal-marts and found everything i needed. This one was just not like the other Wal-marts. Lets just say things that you think would be in the same place it is not. Everything is all over the store too much for me. I just go to the one that i love in Plymouth mass😉🙃.Ms.S.Green

Its not a 100% sure but a man named John I believe he was a supervisor helping allegedly helping me and my friend at the checkout corner check out Connor leaned over without saying excuse me to give us a hand while touching my friend without saying excuse me or anything while its supposed to be a 6 spacing not only was it not 6 healing Dover inappropriately didnt even say a word like excuse me and touched him while he was trying to help I was offended I spoke on he didnt even address me. He rude an Im As much as I love Walmart and go to Walmart I have a notion to never go in there again thats how affected I am by this man 👨

Very busy on a Saturday - as expected. Well its Walmart, so there was a great variety of products - only bad thing was there were about 6 self check out lanes and people were so very very slow. Would have been nice to have more full service lanes.

Not gonna lie, Coming here every Saturday is not my favorite thing to do, however I have a family of 5 and if I did all of my shopping somewhere else, I would be broke and my family would be running out of food and dry goods, i.e. paper towels, toilet paper before the weeks over!! I have to be a savvy shopper when it comes to saving money and getting the most bang for my buck, therefore shopping at Walmart truly helps me do this aittle easier! Rarely have I found the things I buy any cheaper at other locations even if theyre on sale! Walmarts prices are generally lower in every area with one exception! I do find that the Poland Springs water is cheaper at Shaws when its on sale!! @ $2.99 a case (24pk), you cant really beat that! So, thats the only thing I usually wait to buy at Shaws! Although, Walmarts Poland Spring cases are bigger, I believe they carry the (32 pk) case, I just looked it up to be sure and it says that theyre (35 pk) cases for $5.88. I thought they were (32pk) cases that were just under $5.00 but I guess not?! So, like I said, when theyre on sale at Shaws for $2.99 a (24pk) case 16.9oz., which is quite often, to me its a much better deal and worth the extra stop, its on my way home anyhow! Not too much of an inconvenience. 3 cases @ Shaws, 72 bottles for a total of $8.97, versus 2 cases at Walmart 70 bottles totaling $11.76!! Thats a savings of $2.79 plus you get two more bottles of water as well!! Not only that, Shaws stacks the water at the front of the store, right next to the registers, when theyre on sale, which makes it super easy to just grab 3 cases or more, pay for them and be on your way!!!!

This Walmart is nice but the store manager need to go adress Mary Ann and her staff in the vision center . All those ladies have a major adittude problem and need it adjusted . TBH corporate needs to step up there game and fire most of that staff in the vision center . they give that whole store a bad rep....

Messy, shelfs empty, staff rude and seem to be all from the same place none of which speak english some more plesant than others I approached one sales associate asking what time the store closed she gave me the dirtyiest look and said i dont speak english as if to say who are you to expect me to speak english. This place has improved a lot. Their pickup service is very reliable. We still use it even though the pandemic situation has improved.

Prices are great as They should be in Walmart but having your customers self-checkout after 8 p.m. because you can not hire help is not a reason customers check themselves out. Walmart should increase their wages to the cashiers. The balls of any business telling their customers to check themselves out is incredible to me.

Walmart is getting absolutely horrible. How do you sell something online for me to pick up and you dont have my full order. No text no nothing just sorry call this number and wait 2 to 3 days for your money back. Walmart is seriously starting to be a waste of time to go into or buy online.

The store is tucked down behind a grassy hill off of the route and is easy to miss if youre not paying attention

This place never disappoints! But for some reason there was no Milk on the shelf even though there was a whole crate of milk behind the fridge.

This Walmart carries produce which is a plus. Many fresh fruits and vegetables.

Worst night employees. I was trying to grab some groceries in night and was trying to head to the front to checkout. An employee cursed me and told me store is getting closed get out. I will recommend the store manager to keep an eye on the associates. We as a customer do not deserve this kind of behavior. I hope walmart official read this. Without the customer you cannot make any money. Work on training.

I ordered an air conditioner on their website for $228, including shipping fee. They sent me an email and saying it is backordered. I went on their website and checked again. The product page said only 6 left!, and the price was $315. Few days later, they cancelled my order. Apparently, it is not backordered. They simply didnt want to sell me for $228.

Maybe Im use to going to Walmarts that happen to be on the nicer side, or maybe I just have a poor memory of what Walmart is like.This use to be a normal Walmart with stereotypical qualities. Tonight it was disappointing and repulsive. When I pulled into the parking lot there was a shopping cart in almost 1/3 of the parking spaces. Every trash bin was packed full and overflowing.When I got into the store to return a toy I was rudely told that the customer service department was closed. When I asked when they were open I got a half confused answer about how the hours arent fixed because only one person can run the department. And they are, of course, not there.I will definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

Need more staff to help customers and check out register. Long line at Walmart because there arent enough staff to checkout.

What can you say? Its Walmart. Huge store, cheap prices, all this is OK. BEST dept for me is the Garden Shop. Not as big as Home Depot, Lowes etc. Its small size makes it better. Plant material TURNS OVER FASTER--IS FRESHER and definitely CHEAPER. Cant buy everything here, but check them out before the big guys. BET the prices are BETTER.

A very clean and uncluttered store. The place is huge; The fruits and vegetables section offer you choices that beat most supermarket. I got grapes for a third of what I usually pay at my local grocery store. The bakery is also worth mentioning. Something I really liked was the location right of the I-95N its an easy get in and out.

Had a good experience at this location. Staff was very helpful, the gentleman at the checkout was very polite.

The times are a changing. Today we went to get some kitty litter and to look to see if they had bar and chain oil for my chain saw. Had to wear the mask and had to wait to be let in until enough people left. That was a first. The check out was very crowded, not sure most people paid attention to the social distancing. I was able to get both the items I was looking for.

Place seemed fairly small but was happy to go here and snag a Nintendo switch. Although there was a line to get in but then again it was the weekend so its to be expected I suppose.

Its unfortunate. Often times you think companies would get it together. Walmarts base is mostly minority. You know discrimination is real when you see black hair care products in lawn in garden. But really lawn and garden. I cant even make sense of this. My white peoples products are no where near this. I feel outraged by this. I think its time to open mom and pop stores ( mom and mom and pop and pop non conforming and nonconforming for my newage)folks again. The machine of Walmart does not care who we are as a people. We need to build ourselves up so these practices no longer exist.

No Poland springs sparsely stocked cat food

Its the usual Walmart setup. They have pretty much everything you need. They have a photo printing kiosk also. The prices are reasonable. Quality depends on the price you pay.
