Great paint store, and employees there are great and friendly and very helpful

Non-existent customer service at this location. Stopped by there Apr 15 around 1 pm knowing exactly what I wanted to get, so I wasnt going to be a major distraction to the sales clerk. He was occupied on the phone, which is fine. At first I thought he was talking with a customer, 10 minutes later after I browsed everything in the store - still on the phone. Didnt even bother to interrupt his conversation and ask me if I needed help. No no, customer doesnt matter. So I decided to be a little more obvious, and walked up to the counter and stood there. The clerk continued his very important conversation, which at this point was clear was NOT with another customer. So I had to turn around and leave because I dont have all day to wait for someone to finish his conversation before selling me a can of ceiling paint. Got paint somewhere else. For the price point of the product in these stores, I expect much better customer service, which I usually get in other SW locations. But I will never get anything from this store and probably not from other SW stores for that matter

The managers and employees are so knowledgeable and respectful toward their customers.

Expensive paint, and everything else too. I purchased (1) one quart of paint, white, no added colors, a 2 fine bristle paint brush, a plastic tray, and a plastic, non spill cap that sits on the can for when you pour the paint into the tray. The price came to 98.67 and I fainted. After revival, I told the sales associate to keep everything and that I would go somewhere else. I went to Lowes home improvement store and purchased the exact same stuff for 24.45 tax included. What was I thinking to go to Sherwin Williams for paint.
