Jon was very responsive, also made sure I got my bike for the weekend, gave me a list of things that would need to be looked at in the future as well, honest and reliable what more can you ask?!

I have brought my Honda street bikes to Cooks for the past 8 or so years and have worked with Jon in the past. In early March 2020, I inquired about mounting new tires on my bike and he offered two options. First, he supplies the tires and charges to mount and balance or 2. the customer supplies new tires and Cooks charges a higher fee for mount and balance. And they have done that for years.So in order to make sure I had the original make, model and fit, I ordered the tires and made an appointment in March 2020 with Jon to have them mounted and balanced. Then Covit-19 and bad weather hit and appointments were postponed.Today I called to re-schedule the appointment - and Jon tells me that people who supply their own tires are responsible for breaking down small businesses like his and Cooks will no longer mount tires that customers provide. I reminded him that the cost is really no different since he makes up for the cost by charging extra when the customer brings in the tires. Then he tried to change the story that he is now has liability concerns.....Bad News. Bad Form. Stay away from this place.

Johns a great guy. Goes out of his way to help. Havnt brought anything in to be serviced by him, but go there quite a bit when we need parts and are limited in time. Both for motorcycles and snowmobiles. He switches his inventory for the season. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Jon (and his father Art) have been in the business for years and years, and know their stuff. If youre in a rush, hell get you back on the road as soon as possible. When it comes to parts, if he doesnt have something in stock that you need, hell get it for you ASAP. Bottom line; great people and great service!
