I have been doing business with Healthwise for at least 3 years now. I am not being compensated at all for this review. I saw a negative review questioning the professionalism and felt I should share my experience to clarify how the company does business. First when I was set up with my machine the company did recommend a mask. At no time did I feel that was the end all be all, and in fact the company did work with me to find the perfect fit mask for me. I have dealt with several staff members at Healthwise I have always been treated with respect and always felt the company had my best interest at heart. This company recommends devices based on experience not based on kickbacks. I would recommend Healthwise to anyone considering them for your CPAP needs. I hope this clears up some confusion another negative review might have caused.

I was sorry to see Mr. Gelders post. Most if not all of what he said is untrue. He was NEVER CHARGED for all the equipment he claimed to be wrong/faulty/or unable to use. Kickbacks that he claims have gone on are illegal, as is making false accusations about a company that is 110% in the field of helping people, not making their life difficult. Let me clarify I have not been in the field for 20 years, I have been in it for 40 years, and I took his DEMANDING CALLS day and night with professionalism and determination to help him. You cant help those people that thrive to find fault in people to make their own self feel better. The Healthwise Team wish the best to Mr. Gelder and hope he finds the mask of his dreams.
