A very cute family run bridal shop. I found them friendly and helpful during the fitting. There is a in house seamstress as well, which can provide alternation at a very reasonable price (I will come back and edit my review one I have my dress altered). I had a phenomenal experience at La Reine bridal last Spring. I had about 6 months until my wedding (married last October) and went in with my Mom and three bridesmaids. We felt completely at home and ease in this sweet boutique bridal salon. I was set on an all lace gown with sleeves, but let Judy put me in a variety of styles, and I found a strapless Allure gown (in my budget, too) -all lace- that fit me much better than any of the gowns with sleeves. Judy made suggestions for hair pieces, where to get bridal shoes, and kept my great-great-grandmothers veil in mind while I tried on many dresses. She took her time and although I was indecisive at first, made sure that I was 100% happy with my decision.Finally, as my wedding was out of town, I had to have it shipped and the staff at La Reine was fabulous with staying in touch with me as to when my gown was set to arrive.Thank you all for making this very important detail of my wedding so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend any bride-to-be to come here. You will be more than satisfied with your experience!

I used La Reine Bridal to find my wedding dress, my bridesmaid dress, and my mothers dress! They were an absolute dream to work with.They had plenty of wedding dresses that were along the lines I was looking for and were within my price range (under $1000), and the consultant was patient despite me not knowing what exactly I wanted.I got very personal service just about every time I visited (about 10 times in total to get all the dresses) except for once or twice when I made bridesmaids dress appointments for Saturdays. The service was still excellent those times, you just didnt have a dedicated consultant for bridesmaids dress appointments when they were busy.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend La Reine to anyone. I thought they were amazing!

I love this place!!! It is so pretty, and the selection was amazing. I have never seen so many gowns to choose from, it is like walking into a wonderland. My Consultant listened to me showed me dresses that where very similar to the picture I brought in... then she showed me my dress. i never would have thought to try on a classic style like that but she was spot on my mother, sister and I burst into tears. Which I am sure they see a lot in there. When My dress came in to was perfect (the size of the sample was a little small) Warning you have to pay balance in cash or money order but they reminded me when they called to set up my appointment. I ended up buying everything from La Reine gown, veil, jewelry, bridesmaids (which was harder then my gown word of advise pick the dress and tell them or pick a color trying to get 12 girls to agree on a dress was a nightmare). My mother and mother in-law even found dresses to match the color of the bridesmaids. I could not have asked for a better easier experience. Bad dress-shopping experience.We had an appointment but were forced to share a room with another bride while the salon was giving private rooms to walk-ins! The sales associate didnt want to be there and was not very enthused about helping my friend find the right gown. She would only bring in one dress at a time and made us wait a long time between each dress which made the appointment go very slow. The bride-to-be only tried on 4 dresses in an hour. It seemed like their inventory was sorely lacking, and they didnt have a good range of sample sizes. A few dresses that she brought in were very small, and she actually asked the bride to hold the dresses up to her body and imagine what it would look like on. How can anyone possibly buy a dress that they havent tried on!? For their wedding? I dont think so.The dresses that the bride did try on looked cheap. Style is a matter of opinion, and though she wasnt hitting the mark, I cant say the dresses were ugly, but the quality of fabric and lace was just not what it should have been.Another annoyance was that sales associates (and some other random lady we think was a customer) came into our room on several occasions to take dresses out of the closets. This wouldnt have been a big deal except the mirrors were on the closet doors, and we were....kind of in the middle of using those mirrors. Also because we were sharing a changing area (which is totally unacceptable in and of itself), the bride opted to change in that room a few times rather than waiting and waiting and waiting, and having people come in and out of the appointment room while someone is getting dressed is also not very respectful of privacy. Had we been provided with a private changing area, not a shared changing area, the whole experience would have been more enjoyable. That, and we could have done better with a different associate, larger inventory, nicer mirrors, etc.Oh! And there was a light-bulb out over the pedestal which made it more difficult to see the dresses we were trying to buy...that was super helpful as well.Nothing else to see at this salon, we will not be back.

I bought my beautiful Pronovias wedding gown at La Reine. My sister bought her wedding dress here a few years ago so it was no question we would return to find mine. The selection and service is excellent!

I came because they were hosting a Pronovias trunk show and was so lucky to find the dress of my dreams! I worked with Darlene who was super supportive and fun through the entire process! And they have a very affordable seamstress in house - so i didn’t have to take my dress home when it arrived! Very convenient!My advice if shopping here: bring her ideas of what styles you like (lace, long train, beading, shape, etc.) because she will pull everything from the rack for you to try on. So have some idea of what you like before you go - even if it is just pictures on Pinterest! ;)Overall, i highly recommend to any newly engaged lady looking for a positive and informative shopping experience! And the prices are great!

Negative Stars!! Tried on a beautiful feather dress(pronovias) that had a corset back. When I received my dress it had a zipper not corset. I called the store and they refused to help me. Saying thats what I ordered. I had a picture of me in the dress with the corset and they still denied it was a corset. The 2 dresses together were very different. Employee did not answer my questions but sent me answers to something i already knew. She was just stalling. They screwed up but dont want to admit it. Dont waste your time or money!

Got my wedding dress here back in 2014. Staff was warm and helpful. They considered everything that I wanted. They have a tailor downstairs which is super helpful!

I just bought two evening gowns for both my daughters graduation from La Reine Bridal- Waltham, USA. I felt very welcomed by the staff and the owner, Mireille. Within an hour, I had selected my wonderful gowns which fit me perfectly and accentuate my figure!!!I recommend this store for its wide selection and reasonable prices.

I had a wonderful experience at La Reine Bridal. I am a frugal and also fickle bride making shopping a bit of a challenge for the consultant, however, the woman I worked with was phenomenal!! I came in with a few images of very different gowns and a set price range. The associate allowed me time to try on tons of dresses in different styles so I could understand what really complimented my body. After settling on a style she brought out dresses that really reflected my taste and the overall theme of the wedding. I thought the customer service and attention to detail was fantastic! I would highly recommend this store to any bride. The selection is large with options for every price range from $800 to $10,000.

Deema was so patient with me and worked to help me find my dream dress! She was knowledgeable, provided her suggestions, and answered all my questions. They carry a ton of designers and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend checking out La Reine bridal!

I got my wedding dress here. They helped me try on a lot of dresses and really listened to what style I was going for. Deena was amazing!

Mirielle was patient and incredibly helpful to my daughter. We were not able to choose a dress on our first visit, but there was no pressure, and we are looking forward to going back to revisit some of the dresses my daughter liked, and try on new ones.

These ladies are FABULOUS! first, it was a long appointment because I didnt have an appointment and only sorta kinda knew what i wanted. they worked with me to narrow down what I liked and what I didnt like. I was fussy and impatient and there during a busy time (as i was reminded by my bridesmaid that went with me. engaged in Feb and getting married in June). they brought out several styles and designs and were very patient and professional. I must say i felt sorry for the employees who had to deal with one bridezilla and another bossy maid of Honor obviously running her brides appointment. I could not do their job and am very grateful to have found La Reine amd hey my dress. they held it with a deposit for me to bring my of of state mom to see it at a later date. Recently open. They have expensive dress. $1M worth of stock. They make their own no-brand dress too but I doubt the owners taste.

I was pregnant at the time and very uncertain of what dress to buy. I drove over an hour to get to the store. I had a second appointment but wrote down the wrong time. I tried on 2 dresses and then they kicked me out. Honestly? You could not accommodate? I didnt feel welcomed and I felt as though they were annoyed with me. I took my few thousand dollars elsewhere.

I had a wonderful family feeling that followed up with a perfect wedding dress. Thank you for everything and the best experience.

We had a second wonderful shopping experience at La Reine today. When my older daughter got married last fall, we met with Dema, a very knowledgeable and dynamic young saleswoman. Dema listened and within three dress choices, had found the gown. My younger daughter made an appointment with Dema and had a wonderful experience. She found the gown and left there feeling beautiful and confident. I cant wait to see her as a bride next spring.

The worst place ever, would not command this place to anyone. Ruined my big day. very unprofessional and messed up my dress order.

I came here as a bride and was very unhappy with the way La Reine Bridal does business. I came with several examples of dresses that I was interested in (a line with sleeves mainly). The owner and my stylist were strangely combative about my preferences. They kept insisting that I try on mermaid dresses and balls gowns. I tried politely to say that I had planned a casual outdoor wedding and that none of the dresses they had pulled were really appropriate for my venue. This was ignored.The staff were very pushy. At one point, my stylist put me into a gigantic ballgown and basically refused to help me get out of it until other staff members had come in to tell me how beautiful it was. This was, of course, the most expensive dress they pulled. Whenever I didnt seem to love a dress, the staff became visably annoyed and would begrudingly take me back to the dressing room to try on something else.As other reviewers have mentioned, staff members would burst into my dressing room while I was changing without announcing (or even introducing themselves). One staff member in particular was particularly rude. She would burst into my room with dresses that she had pulled (she wasnt even my stylist) and then roll her eyes if I didnt want to try them on.Interestly, the salon does not allow you to take pictures during the appointment. This isnt a huge problem, but my family lives on the other side of the country and I would have liked to send them pictures of the dresses I was trying.This was one of my first experiences shopping for a wedding dress and honestly, its put me off the entire process.

My experience at La Reine bridal has been absolutely phenomenal. I have been several times since my first visit as a bride to be. I had originally bought my dress here and unfortunately had a family conflict with this particular dress (my cousin who is also getting married next year bought the same dress). I didnt think in my wildest nightmares that this would be even close to possible. It was a disaster, my cousin had a meltdown. I called La Reine, they were so sympathetic and they had me come in at my earliest convenience to find an even more beautiful dress for me. I see that many people on here complain about the fact that they dont let you go through their samples and pick out the ones you like. Well, honestly, this is a massive time and stress saver for you. You tell them the look you are thinking about, what you like and what you dont like and they pick out dresses in those arrangements. They have all the dresses organized and know their inventory extremely well. When I went back my second time I was so upset by my family issue that I could barely make up my mind. Judy helped me so so much through the whole thing, I did find a dress that I absolutely adore and I cant imagine what I would have had to go through if she wasnt there to guide me through the whole thing. She knows her stuff, she will give suggestions without being pushy and helps you find what will look amazing on you. I see also that some people have complained about the changing areas. Well, they have over 1,00 sample dresses and dont have a warehouse so deal. Also, these people who complained must have been expecting a personal pianist and a bottle of champagne at their arrival. These people are great at their jobs and I got an amazing deal. I feel comfortable with them and they make me feel like I have known them my whole life. Thank you La Reine and Judy for making my bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, and mothers dress shopping a breeze! :)
