Ordered a sympathy bouquet pictured as white flowers for a funeral. They delivered red and pink roses, appropriate for Valentines day not a funeral. The flowers and vase were completely different and the bouquet was much smaller from what was pictured on their website. Called customer service to explain the situation and was told that because the website includes a note saying arrangements may vary, there was nothing that would be done. Do not understand the purpose of showing pictures of the bouquets if they can essentially pick anything they want to send and consider themselves covered because of a note somewhere on their website.

I would say this is a great company with great products, but the EA in Waltham on Moody street left a very bad taste in my mouth. Kim is a very rude and unpleasant person. She gets very loud and yells at people. It is very uncomfortable speaking with her. Honestly, unless you want to get disrespected, possibly have mold in your fruit, or get screamed at for requesting a refund (not to mention they take over a month to refund your money) Id say spend your money elsewhere, with a completely different business.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries online for my daughter for Valentines Day. My husband picked them up this morning. He said the organization of the 3 ladies in the store made pick up not only easy but a pleasure. Sidewalk shoveled and taped off for social distancing in anticipation of Valentines customers. I wish I could post a photo of our purchase. Pretty red box with a balloon and a dozen of the biggest, perfectly ripe strawberries Ive seen. My daughter had two gobbled down before I could snap a photo. They were so big the smallest one looked dwarfed on comparison and still bigger than any you buy in the store.Blew the strawberry competition out of the water as I sent my Mom some recently from another company and they just dont compare.Thank you!!! We will be back!

Kim, who I believe is the manager at the Waltham Ma office said she would help me and has not done so. I placed a single order and my card was charged 5 times. Capitol One told me to call them and and that they needed to cancel the order on their end which they have not done yet making my card frozen days later. This is second time in three months that this has happend to me. 1st time in cape Cod ma now in west Roxbury ma. Kim keeps saying its not her store but why would the employee call her and say Kim just left if its not one of kims storety s she manages? This is extremely unprofessional seeing as I sent Kim the pictures of the pending multiple charges and the number to capital so she could square this away and has not done so. I even sent her the picture of the card I used to place the order. This is extremely unprofessional and it seems Kim and a bunch of other people know nothing about their own company they work for and are not willing to take time out of their day to help the customers by any means Ive done all the leg work for Kim. She just needed to call my credit company like Ive told her and cancel on her end. I just wanted a simple order and one order only not 5 for my parents 40th anniversary. Do not be fooled by the commercials people! Im sure Im not the only one to have unpleasant experiences based on other reviews Ive read on here. Imagine what it likes to be in my shoes 👞 kim!!!!

The process did not go smoothly. I left a direct number to call in the special instructions, but the driver did not call it. I got a notification around 12:45 saying the arrangement delivered, and I heard nothing for over an hour. I finally asked my boyfriend if he got it, and he didnt know what I was talking about. I called edible arrangements and they said the driver left it at the front desk? There is no front desk.. so I had to tell my boyfriend what I sent him and he had to go searching for it. The fruit was sitting for about 2 hours. The surprise was ruined and I feel like I wasted my money. This was my first time ever getting an edible arrangement, I wouldnt order again. So aggravated.

Needed an arraignment for a wake I was attending had forgotten to order it the day before. Went online at 8am and ordered it for store pickup (store wasnt even open yet) was told it would be ready by 0930. At 0915 got the email saying it was ready. It was set up very nicely looks beautiful. Would definitely use their services again.

This morning while my dad was trimming the bushes, a happy man in a delivery person’s outfit arrived at the house in a truck completely decorated in fruit! He got out walked toward Dad with a a big smile and a floral-like bouquet of fruit and hollered happy, happy father’s day!! It was a delectable editable greeting and a big surprise. Hes been eating and sharing it with neighbors all day, but did keep the dark chocolate moustach for himself. A yummy gift!

I was visiting the Newton area last summer to sre family. I had used this store to send my cousin an attangement earlier in the summer. My cousin rabed about the attangement so when we were up there I visited the shop to get more for her. The woman I dealt with could mot have been nicer to us. I will return next summer. I’m from the Washington, D.C. area and it’s hard to know what you are dealing with at that distance. This is a fantastic location to deal with.
